Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

Wish I could give this place a rating of 0! I bought the $19 voucher and still have yet to be serviced or cleaned bc every single cleaner no showed and no communication. They have no support / customer service representative or contact. My cleaning has been rescheduled multiple times which is an inconvenience as I would get the boys and house to be ready for a cleaner to come over and again no show, they don’t have an option to cancel your membership and the site sucks and doesn’t even load.

So they say $19 for your first clean. What they don't tell you is that they automatically sign you up for a membership that costs $50 per month, you're still charged the cost of the cleaning, plus taxes, AND if you don't want the membership, they charge you $160 for the cleaning. The cleaner did good but NOT $160 good. This is a scam. STAY AWAY! Try another company that doesn't have a user agreement that auto signs you up for a 6 month membership.

This place is a scam. They advertise a $19 voucher for your first clean and hide the fact you’re signing up for a 6 month membership. I purposely wanted the one clean so I could test them out first. Months later I see charges on my bank account from them. I went to cancel it and they charged me a $227 cancellation fee.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst service, actually no customer service available for issues a customer may have. Worst part they bill you with hidden service fees. I had to call my credit card company to get my billing fraud reversed. The cleaning staff is horrible at completing simple cleaning chores. Do not get scammed by this company.

This is a scam company. They will try to give you good offer and force you to agree with 6 months contract or else you have to pay a lot of money. Also, they charge a ít of hidden fee without your approval. I’m still fighting to get my money back .

Absolutely the WORST people to deal with. The cleaner that came actually did a great job, but I didn’t realize that it was a subscription and that they charge $60/hour for whatever that first appointment time was if you want to cancel. What kind of place charges $60/hour for a cleaning? PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME THING I DID. They’re basically like, tough luck whenever you try to cancel without paying the absurd fees.

I only give it one star because only one of the cleaners (6 in less than 4 months) was actually good. I only ever got 3 apts completed, the other cleaners all kept canceling my apts last min. They not only have their monthly subscription fee but hidden service and credit card fees when you pay for the cleaning. No customer support available when there's issues. The cleaners hourly rate is not half priced, they range from $20-30, some of which earn more than what I make with 2 associates degrees. That's on top of the monthly $55 charge. DON'T USE, NOT WORTH IT! FIND SOMEONE ELSE LOCAL TO YOU!

No customer service- no phone call availability for customer support. Not helpful in a possible theft situation. Cancelation of membership costs a lot of money.
