Hello to whom it may concern. I hope this message meet you in good health. I have not Received my order yet , I’m not sure what’s going on . I placed my order on 9/29/2026 and yet to receive my package . How can I leave a Review for what I don’t have . I’ve inquired about my order , but no Expected Date was given me . So I don’t even know when is coming or when I’m going to get my order . I haven’t received any Email of Apologies for taking this long or anything .

I have not received my package that was supposed to be here wendseday and never received yall took payment but no 10mm silver necklace has come in yet

There is zero real-time self-service for order containment. ​Furthermore, product descriptions across their catalog are inconsistent—switching between surgical stainless steel with PVD coatings and traditional gold-plated sterling silver, which lacks the daily-wear durability expected at this price point ($169 USD). ​I sent an immediate cancellation email to support within the first hour with clear timestamps. If customer service does not honor this cancellation prior to shipment and issue a full refund, I will be forced to dispute the transaction with my financial institution. ​Save yourself the headache and check the material specs carefully before buying.
