I really like ordering from this, but I wish they would keep records
I really like ordering from this website, but I wish that they would keep a record of CD’s ordered and credit when 5 have been ordered. I very seldom order 5 CD’s at one time.

I like ordering from Daywind,however…
I like ordering from Daywind,however some of my cases are non functional when I receive them. Some are cracked or the hinges are broken.

The CD I received was not…
The CD I received was not shrink-wrapped and the case was cracked. I was under the impression that what I purchased was new? The CD is fine and will be an excellent addition to our library. The delivery service was in a timely manner.

Hey Rodger, we do not shrink wrap our Accompaniment CDs, the item you purchased was new. Occasionally cases do get damaged in route unfortunately. However, we would be happy to send you a new case for the CD. Send us an email ([email protected]) and we will get that out to you.
