Overall pretty good
Daywind has been good overall but I dropped a star because I often find the newest accompaniment releases elsewhere first. Another star came off because of the questionable tactic of charging more for digital downloads when physical CDs cost the company more in material and storage. I have to not only buy the download, but then also the media, a CD case, and printer supplies. In fairness all the online retailers do that, but it's still not cool.

Hey Kelsey, I understand your concerns in relation to the price difference between digital and physical. With digital purchases there are a number of factors that account for that difference, server storage and bandwidth usage being a couple. I hope that helps a bit. In regards to finding newer tracks elsewhere, I'm glad you brought that to our attention. I'll pass this information along to our selection committee and see if we can't do a better job of getting the music our customers want quicker.
