I have shopped online at daywind many times and have always had a very good experience. I can remember one time that my computer crashed and I lost all of the accompaniment tracks that I had purchased from daywind. When I contacted daywind, they helped me to recover all of what I had lost. In addition, daywind tracks are top notch.

Hey Randal, I'm sorry for the delay. You should have received an email with tracking information. I just emailed you the tracking information. It looks like the package was delivered on the 8th. Looking at the information provided, it seems there was a delay at the USPS facility in PA.
