Purchased a wig as a cancer patient wanting something to give me dignity when I went out. The wig took 3 weeks to receive and the color was all wrong. Once I opened the package I started requesting a return and refund. I’ve been going through an email chain just trying to get a return address and the refund. The last email offered me 15% off the wig I already purchased. I just want my refund! Don’t purchase from daywigs unless you know it’s the wig you’ll keep.

I was thrilled to get 3 human hair wigs on a sale price but still at $517 USD for three wigs. I followed up with the company because it takes awhile as they are made to order and sent from China I believe. I found out it had been delivered to my mailbox but the package must have been stolen as I confirmed with the USPS it had been delivered but I did not get it . The company told me they were covered by insurance but now tell me they want $450 in “materials” fee to replace them plus shipping. I’ll never buy from them or overseas again as a result of this experience. And I don’t have wigs that I need due to cancer treatment.

I finally received my “wig” if you can call it that It took 6 weeks to receive I couldn’t cancel at beginning when I saw all of their horrible reviews. They try to charge a large fee etc. my first review covers all this….the wig looks like a Halloween fake wig. It is not the same color and it looks horrible. Please everyone notify the Federal Trade Commission!!!! I did. Don’t buy anything from this place!!!!!

The arrival of the wig took about 3 weeks. When it arrived, it was flat, no cut or shape at all. I did not like the way it fit on my head, so I decided to return it for refund. They offered me 10% at first and I refused because their website said 'Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean or defective products by USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Returns made within 15 days upon receiving the shipment will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.' They said that I only 'earned' this much. I'm still trying to get my refund as of 07/27/2023.

Everything the other reviewers have related is true. I waited for 6 weeks before the piece came and then it was med. auburn NOT light ash brown. As far as style, it is not the wig that was pictured on the website. Because of all the issues the other people have had with lack of return policy I will keep it and donate it to the ACS. I have not worn it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This was a horrible experience. The wig I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It was represented as 100% human hair, but it was mostly synthetic. Looked like something you might pick up at a Costume Store for $20.00. My stylist could do nothing with it. I'm in the midst of chemo and losing my hair and waited 4 anxious weeks to receive a horrible mess. Daywigs asked for pictures. I was embarrassed at how badly it looked, but sent 5 pictures. Their response was that it looked fine and offered me a 15% discount. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. 2 of the wigs I ordered were not the same as pictured on website. There is NOTHING on website that says no returns or refunds. It has been months trying to work something at a fair solution. If sales are final, information should be on website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
