Initially I was a bit disappointed…
Initially I was a bit disappointed because of the delay in shipping. But your emails alleviated most of my concerns. I have used my hip therapy belt several times a day since I have received it. It has helped control my hip pain, for which I am very grateful.

Good product and service
Good product, well designed to wear on hip. Instead of vibration, I would prefer rolling, but I still benefit from the heat. Good service.

I was impatient while you remained patient
I was impatient while you remained patient with me re the delivery! I appreciate that. So far the pad is helping yet still have nerve issues in leg and some hip pain! A bit better!

ITGood stuff EM would not charge after first…
ITEM would not charge after first uesed. No questions asked they sent out another and it fabulous
