Your company has great customer service. I could not see the tracking on my order the first few days and so they reached out and said that they were watching it too. Then it was delayed a little because of over sales on the product that I ordered because of the sale and they gave me prompt service in getting it out as quickly as they could. I really like how they respond back and communicate with the customer. Thank you!

Well, where do I start? I never received the product so I can’t write about that but I can’t write about how my credit card was charged and I have yet received my refund. I ordered product on June 22. It is now October 9 and I am still in dispute with Daywick. I opened a dispute with my credit card company Daywick supposedly gave them information that the product was received so my credit card company denied my dispute at the further investigation. I showed Day with that the shipping company never received their product so it never got shipped out.. They said they will issued me a refund. Here’s the kicker part. They said because I opened a second dispute is showing. They can’t issue my. refund. So, I told my credit card company to cancel the dispute. And patiently waited for Daywick to refund. So here I said at 4 1/2 months still waiting to be refunded for something I never received.

Product easy to put on, charging is fairly fast and lasts through 4 to 5 preset timings. Heat portion works well as does the vibration mode. So far so good. Just started using it time will tell.

Total scam! Bestilte et hofte bælte, og fik kort tid efter en e-mail fra support om de manglede mit mobilnr. Jeg har delt mit nr flere gange uden svar, de spørger bare efter det igen. Thank you for this great product. Using the hip band several times a day and doing the exercises several times a day, I have seen a huge improvement in my hip. I have had severe pain for 18 months, and it is finally 90% better. I am so grateful.

Good communication in the purchasing process. Appreciated receiving the exercises to promote recovery/management. The product itself promises to be effective though early days. Some further information in how yo best position the hip belt to maximize effectiveness would be useful.

The pad works best centered right over the area that hurts, with the leg strap snug enough that the belt doesn't slide down.
