DayTraders.comReviews of daytraders.com

As soon as you get payouts, they move you to live,, and not really live, have to go via a new live evaluation that you need to pass to then go to live,,, and any other account you have (I had some close to payout) they are canceled

projectx had a problem last week at market open, i was not aware of this.i took some trades, chart was frozen by the time it let me close trade was in the red. i messaged daytraders multiple times and they did nothing. not very good at all, ok i cant reply to DayTraders reply so i will here, i understand Project X, is a third party technology provider and DayTraders doesn’t control Project X’s systems. but you are still providing your customers a service using Project X. so your say if there is any issues we(the customers) get stuck with it. thats horrible service. lot of prop firms had the same issues and they made it right. you cant find my account info. bull$hit

I really like Daytraders' platform, but I’m disappointed with the level of support. I already have one account and recently tried to purchase another, but I keep receiving this message: "We have received your document for verification on 10/17/2025 10:10:47 PM. An email has been sent to our Support team, please wait for their approval." It’s been several days, and the approval still hasn’t gone through. That seems like an unusually long time for a simple credit card verification. If someone could expedite my approval, I’d be happy to purchase five accounts right away.

I gave them a 5 star review before. That was before they put me live after making $3K in payouts. This prop firm will put you live to get rid of you very quickly. After being put to live you have to meet a risk team where you are instructed on how you can and cannot trade. They cut your DLL too. It's a cluster you know what. Stay clear. There are much better options out there.

After starting with the company I used their firms platform, upon completing my required steps and challenges they informed me that they would not allow me to trade on their platform anymore and that I was required to use a new one, after completing this hurdle I was met with more stipulations and surprise rules that I followed, each step in my progress was met with more hoops, when confronted and questioned about this I was met with hostility and no compassion. This firm made multiple claims that were proven false and the platform they advocate has many issues which were screenshot and recorded, even with proof there was no form of compassion or compensation. Just anger. The final straw was that upon receiving a live account and after being told it was similar to the evaluation I had passed, they closed my account early and did not allow me a chance to get accustomed to yet another new platform they informed me to use. The misrepresentation and blatant lies are what will keep me from using this firm or advocating for it again. As a former ambassador for them, I am sorry for anyone I exposed to their shady business practices. I will be taking steps to be remedied for their contract breaches and refusal to correct their falsely advertised products. Edit: 9 months later I get a reply to my issue.

DayTraders should be avoided. In the copier, my DayTrader accounts have consistently showed less profit than my other accounts, sometimes by hundreds of dollars. Today, I did a test trade using 1 micro and I was using a copier with a SIM as the lead account. The SIM account shows $1.48 profit, while the DayTrader account shows a negative of ($5.00). That is just an example of what my accounts have been doing since purchasing DayTrader accounts a couple of weeks ago. You can imagine what the loss would have been if I were trading mini's. There is also no support if this happens.

They want to look like they care for their customers, but no real restitution or cover of the losses. If you blow the accounts on your fault, it is what it is. And if the accounts get blown because of delays on their connection they still won't do anything except blaming on issues on client side or Rithmic and you won't receive any compensation like any other respectable prop firm out there offers resetting the accounts to previous day balance when issues occurs. The CTO reached to me by email saying that "they want to make it right" and offer 5 eval accounts but I was to pay for the activation fee. I replied that 5 accounts without activation are no use to me, as I spent my last money on the PRO accounts I had with them untill the issue occurred. So the communication stopped. I can say now that I spent my last money on the wrong prop firm. ATM I belive Apex accounts would've been a lot better. They told Trustpilot that I got wrong company with my previous review. They tried flagg my reviews for many flase reasons. What a joke...just be careful using this prop firm.

They do not pay out. Wasted money and days of my time
