Avoid this product. Purchased one in May 2026 for £119. I was fooled by slick website & didn't check reviews. This pressure washer is not made in the UK despite prompt 2 day delivery. Didn't even attempt to assemble the product as there was no instruction booklet. Cheap plastic casing, attachments and no branding on the product. So I asked for an immediate refund after reading TrustPilot reviews. Customer Service is AI generated emails in which "Maria" told me to return item to China at my own expense plus import tax etc. No contact UK address. My advice is based on reading negative reviews in Trustpilot -keep sending an email requesting a refund and return address. The product is not from a UK company so it has been falsely advertised. Contact your bank or CC company to raise a dispute..they will advise next steps and then you have to wait up to 45 days for Daypulsor to repond. Eventually, I got a full refund in July 2026 but surprised that Daypulsor UK is allowed to continue this scam with new look website and, to add insult to injury, a price increase!

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful company. Product would not switch on. They tried to wear me down with AI responses to my request for a refund. Finally, they tried to tell me my credit rating would be affected if I disputed the transaction. They said I would have to pay to ship the pressure washer to China and even then I’d only receive 20% of the cost price back. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a total SCAM! I wish I have read the reviews before I ordered. First of all they sell a cheap water pressure that you can find on ebay for £40. They are a cheap Chinese company and you cannot return the products anymore! They send the parcel from Germany and then they say you have to return it to China at your costs and that is a complicated process. I wrote them 4 mails asking for a return address and they were keep refusing me until they said the date is overdue and I cannot longer return the product and to give it to my friends (what??). If by any chance you found an article online with the best 2026 waterpressures and theirs is number one that's a scam too. It's made by them. Just don't buy, they do not comply with law and regulation of UK and EU

This is a follow up to earlier review. These "washers" are, as we know, a pile of crap. Tried to send it back, they produced the usual "got to send it to China"/it'll affect your credit rating rubbish. Did get money back through VISA claim, so do pursue them. Anyway is came, used it twice before it died completely. I'm just salvaging the plug and lead for re-use. The the rest is on the way to the dump.

Do not use. Device faulty, they won’t accept a return as it’s in China, will only send out a new device, got my money back via credit card company.

If I could give this 1 star I would. I purchase a pressure washer / patio cleaner last year for around £168. We briefly tested it before realising that there was a part missing, which was required to use the patio cleaning attachment. We had to chase and chase and it eventually arrived 4 months later, by which time summer was over. When we went to use it this spring it did not work at all. We wrote in, and exchanged numerous emails providing video evidence. Communication was appalling and felt like they were just dragging it out. Dealt with "Maria". And now no communication at all so I assume we will never get any refund. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY I bought this after buying a 60 bar machine which is so much better. Total con. There is so much better. Does not come with battery which they have denied comes with it yet on the manual. Definitely not 200 bar as they claim but will not answer our question about that. Just please be aware there is better out there.

The listed Sales Director, named Maria, appears to be a bot and few of the questions asked get a reasonable reply. I am embarrassed to say it, but this is my first experience of falling for a fake website, fake reviews and a company that is puported to be UK based (it clearly states DayPlusor UK). I have reached out to BBC’s Watchdog to have the company investigated; and, the emergent evidence of malpractice and misrepresentation makes this more than a reasonable pointer for a public interest investigation. I have also asked my bankers in the order if they are able to look at their ongoing relationship with DayPlusor, given the practices they subscribe to.
