DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. IT WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE TO SEND ITEMS BACK. Plus, customer service is non-existent - seems to be one lady called Maria who may even be a robot judging by the responses I get. This is the first negative review I have ever left a company as I am a business man myself but this retailer is shocking.

to start with, I checked online for a good value jet water pressure and went onto aceranking site, ordered the daypulsor and checked the comments on trustpilot. once I had read the reviews I straight away cancelled the order, under 20 minutes of placing it. Then received a mail saying it has already been sent, I said it was not possible, but they insisted. Anyway I refuse the order when it arrived, after many, many mails asking for a refund I only received £74.00. Daypulsor kept £45.00 and do not seem to want to reimburse even so I offered to split the difference. this company does not comply with the consumer protection act, section 75. this is totally unfair, not surprised why so many customers have had to suffer loss of money. another unhappy customer...!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The pressure washer is cheap Chinese rubbish. I’ve been trying for months to get a refund. They expect you to return it to China when in fact it is dispatched from UK. After 50+ emails and eventually agreeing to send to the Uk distribution depot I still haven’t received any refund. Avoid this company at all costs. You have been warned!!

Don’t buy this product which is shipped from China. The website gives the impression it is a UK company - no Companies House registration! The washer lasted 30 minutes before smoke poured out of the motor. I have sent numerous emails and all you get back is questions. They won’t supply a return address as per their website information. The washer in my opinion is not fit for purpose.

Poor quality, misleading regarding returns. Continually emailed company requesting a return stating reasons why, but they continually replied saying to try it again! Then was told it was expensive to return as it had to go to China, had to also pay customs. This was not clear on the web site returns section. Website led you to believe company was in Europe. Do not touch with a barge pole!!

Quick delivery. Wish it hadn't been. Jet wash is probably as powerful as holding my finger over the hose pipe. Awful customer service. £99 wasted.

Pressure washer came after 1 week. Says next day delivery. Attachment's took 3 weeks. I think it came from China, unlike advertised. Pressure washer leaked water, So sent messages. No replies. Found another email address. Replied. Asked to send video. I did,Then no resonce. Received attachment ( orbital floor cleaner) guess what. It pees water out. Its pressure is better than a very basic Kercher...I guess. I would forget about any warranty though. Spend more and buy a known brand with UK warranty> DONT BUY !!!!!!
