This has been the best thing I've found for flower. It's arthritis friendly. Yes, it gets warm - get the glove for it. Yes, you'll need extra batteries. But it gives great taste and it's perfect for dosing, and being discreet. I won't go back to a biel.

I have purchased 3 DaVinci Miqro and with a combined 20 uses they have died. Not just the batteries which are atrocious to begin with but the entire unit. DaVinci always wants to blame it on the battery and user. No such luck. The two other vapes I own I have never had a problem with. I am guessing by their 2 start reviews here on TrustPilot others have experienced the same poor quality and service.

This is a piece of crap. Don't mind telling you my story. I thought this was a good product till a rubber gasket split. They DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT piece. Thus my Maquie is inoperative. $ well spent I thought. No so.

I had the original IQ vape, loved it. For those people bitchin aboot not getting smoke that's because you're not supposed to get smoke.. You get vapour, and i personally had no problem getting good hits off of my vape. I had my IQ for a couple years and then it stopped working properly. I did my part as the customer and reached out for warranty support and had everything i needed, for almost every warranty claim on this planet you require proof of purchase (a receipt) keep this somewhere when you buy something expensive like in the box it came in. Davinci did their part, warrantied my device and sent me the newer version, the IQ2. It took a couple weeks to arrive which is completely understandable during Covid19. I absolutely love the IQ2. I have only ever bought 2 davinci vapes. I started with the classic vape years ago that looked like a walkie talkie and it worked great. I screwed that one up by trying to smoke shatter in it, my fault. Then i bought the IQ and never regretted it. Then they sent me the IQ2 and i couldn't be happier with a vape. It works great, nice improvements over the first one and they give you extra accessories for concentrates which is even better. I would recommend reading the product manuel and watching youtube videos if you had any concerns or confusion about anything and it would be cleared up no problem. Thank you Davinci for the great customer service and again, the IQ2 works amazing. Also, the box the IQ2 comes in doubles as a stand so you have no reason to just through it on a corner. This is the worst thing ever..complete waste of $. This is the second one. I bought one and didn't work ..no smoke. Was able to return it and got the second one. It's awful..burnns your weed really fast and gets so hot I wrap cloth around it. I could handle those if I could just get a couple of good hits. There is a bigger one for close to 500..almost bought that and am so glad I didn’t. The Miqro is junk. Will be picking up the pax 3 dual today. I paid 160 for the Davinci junk...I'm getting the complete pax 3 dual..all accessories and will happily pay the 250 for that.

I have very good experience with this brand. Its definytly best choice in this category and my friend crying for his choice buy pax (unable use with bong like iq2/iq, no zirconia, no changeable battery and much cheaper materials what is not best for your health and he said that iq2 will be his new vape!!) i have 4th vape from davinci and have 2 experiences with warranty. They wanted record problem and after it they have sendet me new vape. I think that pax have no chance to win this fight so they writing lies abouth warranty and more becouse me and my friends had no problem with reclamation Never.(even after 4 years) We love this company. My warranty problems starts after 4 years of using and they reclamated my iq and sendet me iq2. I am very happy customer who tryed pax 3 and lot of diff. Vapes but iq2 is the best hand vape under 500usd. (Problem with opening chamber what was my reclamation is on iq2 solved perfectly)

I have been waiting for my replacement device for 6 weeks. Apparently wrong tracking number, now the package is going back to the sender... They can't send another one, they "have to" wait to get it back to be able to send it. Apparently it takes more than 6 weeks to get a package from NL to Switzerland. POOR QUALITY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally arrived after 3 months. At the end still a good and fast customer service. Delivery takes ages.
