Sent a device for RMA was sent back broken still, missing the battery with a note that says "RMA repaired " what a joke

I am so very disappointed with DaVinci! they sent me a defective device - it never worked from the moment I opened it up. I contacted support via their contact us and never got a response. Thankfully I was able to file a case with my credit card for the fraudulent behavior and got my money back. Do yourself a favor and buy a ZEUS - I bought one and love it!

The oven and the electrical system are easily damaged, I sold this device and half were damaged, the company is currently not validating the warranty

I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

Company is a scam. I never got my order. They claim they have to use a third-party shipping service, so the tracking numbers they send don't actually track anything. Multiple tries to reach customer service and no response on any channel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

never heard from them after placing my order. SCAM. never shipped, no customer service or any way to reach them. DO NOT BUY. has been a full month of radio silence: this company will take your money and run, and you’ll never receive your purchase or here from them again. this company is literally out here perpetuating fraud. don’t believe their BS disclaimers on the site about being patient with their shipping requirements, it is just a lie to trick you into giving them money for a product they are not actually going to send you.

Three weeks my order has been unfulfilled. One week that they have failed to respond to my email except for an automated response. Their own website cant find my order unless i log in and see it under my account. Going to go through my bank for a refund soon.

The vapers are absolutely garbage They say they have a 5 years warranty, they already sent me 4 devices and all of them do not work.
