I wanted Red locks on discount and somehow got sold Yellow ones at the regular rate. When i tried to stop the order i have not heard back from the sales lady.

We have been using Davinci Locks for about a year. (2021) I really appreciated the young man/ customer support who helped set me up and would work with me when I called to make sure I understood the program. In Sept 2022 we had a new employee try to download the app and it was having issues. When I called the company I was told they don't help over the phone anymore and I had to email them. I have emailed them multiple times and it is still not working. We have been in touch with the company and they keep saying it has been escalated to to programmers. I don't get updates unless I ask for them and all I get is they are still working on it and it may take a while. I am not impressed with the customer service anymore. I love the concept and when it worked it was great. Now I am afraid to use the locks since my employee can't put them on the app. We do not have an onsite office so we have to rely on the phone app to make it work. I wish it could go back to the way it started

i ordered the locks 3 weeks ago and they still havent arrived. They said "Out for delivery" since April 25th. I love davinci's but UPS has dropped the ball.

I am waiting for my account to be created so I can use the locks I received. Order to receipt was very fast. I just need to utilize the account and the lock features to be able to comment further on the utility of the solution.

I wanted to buy 2 dozen of the the round red overlocks, but it just said "out of stock". There was no indication as to when you'd have them back in stock again. I tried calling you and got voicemail. I bought the yellow color instead but I really don't want yellow ones but I need locks. Not having any idea as to when you'll have the red ones back in stock again I just bought the yellow ones. I guess I'll have to make do. Frustrating.

So sorry for the frustration. We expect all out of stock products to be back online and available by late September. The worldwide Covid situation is continuing to greatly impact shipping and logistics and has cause unprecedented delays. Thanks for feedback.
