The return process was very hard and took forever. I ordered the wrong size(my fault) and wanted to exchange. received 9/26 and was not able to return until 10/13. I

I ordered a 3 pak a while back. And they are great but I decided to order another but this time they were different and Im sure there are large and I ordered med. They fit big.

I like the feel and comfort of the Briefs. My only complaint is the Briefs don't have an opening available and it wasn't readily apparent on the website. The boxers I purchased do have the opening.
