I ordered this dress from David Archy, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical. The description was too good to be true-flowy, elegant, and perfect for a summer evening. But when it arrived, I was shocked. The fabric was stiff, the fit was off, and the color was completely different. It looked like something from a thrift store, not a high-end boutique. I was furious, but then I remembered-this was a one-off deal. I returned it immediately and got a full refund. Lesson learned: never trust a website that offers too much too soon. But hey, at least I didn’t waste money on something that didn’t fit. Next time, I’ll stick to trusted brands.

Material used is very poor quaility and they refused to return unless I paid $19 in shipping charges to return an inferior product. Very disappointed.

Shipping was abysmally slow: ordered August 2, two weeks later by August 16, still waiting and no delivery estimate. Tracking at davidarchy.com does not work: no updates at all. No customer service phone #. Customer service email very slow to reply, and then with a vague, "Please wait patiently. Thank you for your support and understanding." Email was from overseas as was the shipping. No disclosure at davidarchy.com that purchases will be shipped from overseas and will take multiple weeks to be delivered. If you're ok with waiting several weeks for delivery then davidarchy.com is a good choice. Not sure when/if it will be delivered, but since we will be traveling by the time it's delivered, it will probably be a "donation" to homeless or whoever picks it up off our front door step while we are gone.

Sent me the wrong size

Well I've messaged them countless times the past 3 days with literally no response from both emails they have, Very dissapointed considering when you spend 60 bucks on boxers and tried on one pair and then they dont respond when you message that very same day, Guess its once they have your money, your not valued.

Misleading advertising. Paid reviews. David Archy sells incredibly poor quality materials as “top” — you can’t look on their website because they won’t publish negative reviews. After 3 years of use, every single one of my 12 boxers from them is falling apart. The waist bands, holes in the private pouch and all over the backside. I am not a larger person (6’3”, 180lbs). I’m well endowed but not that it’s damaging to material and that’s the point of these boxers. I have basic ones from box stores that have lasted longer. Absolutely ridiculous.

I requested a simple exchange of a wrong order and you had lacked the willingness to do so. Over a simple $60 order you lost my several years of business as I’ll go elsewhere for clothing attire and needs.
