Hello Kentrell Pritchett, If in fact you applied with us - I'm sorry you were denied. And I'm also sorry the pre-approval has bothered you. As stated on the website PreApproval page, the preapproval is determined by the answers given in the funding application. For final approval to be granted: 1) actual monthly sales must match the sales reported on the app, 2) time in business must match the time reported on preapproval app, 3) you must not already have a loan being paid back by business (unless disclosed that on preapproval app). 4) must not have too many NSFs or negative bank balance days. 5) Then finally - one must pass the background check. So Kentrell, if in fact you received a "PreApproved" it was based on the answers you provided on the app. If those were not accurate, or you have background issues - then you wouldn't get final approval.

We’ve reviewed our records and do not have even one agent who submitted 32 complete applications and received zero approvals. Either this is not an honest review, or your friend may have unintentionally misled you. We maintain an over 80% approval rate when clients meet our minimum qualifications—those are clearly published on our website and taught to all agents. Approvals ultimately depend on underwriting guidelines from our 20+ funding partners, which include factors like consistent revenue, banking activity, and time in business.
