Nobody communicates with each other
Nobody communicates with each other. They will tell you that they have approval for you for a certain amount, but then, when you go to sign, they never actually ran your application. It's a bait and switch.

Hello, I'm sorry your experience left you feeling this way. I would like to clarify our process for anyone reading this review. The initial amount we provide is a prequalification estimate, not a final lender approval. It is based solely on the information provided during a brief qualification process, such as your stated monthly revenue, time in business, existing obligations, and estimated credit profile. At that stage, no underwriting has been completed and no lender has issued a formal approval. If you decide to move forward, we then submit your application for full underwriting. During that process, lenders verify bank statements, credit, payment history, cash flow, and other factors. If the verified information differs from what was initially provided—or if additional underwriting concerns are identified—the final approval amount may be different than the original estimate. This isn't a bait-and-switch; it's simply the difference between an initial qualification estimate and a lender's formal underwriting decision. We disclose that the initial estimate is subject to verification and final lender approval. We regret that your final offer did not meet your expectations, and we're always happy to review any specific application with an applicant if they believe something was overlooked.
