6 months ago i buy a DT4862L 48V/6200W inverter from Datouboss.com. Good service and powerfull inverter. Package nice, robust construction and now with sunny day can charge ev and run home apliances together. Satisfied

Update 22/09/2026: thank you for the reply. As already indicated below, this was a direct purchase with order number DT20263741. I'm increasing the rating by 1 star to reflect this reply, though the issue is not yet resolved. 27/08/2026: Ho acquistato direttamente da DATAOUBOSS una power station 1000W/2009Wh (ordine DT20263741). Dopo circa una settimana di utilizzo normale (solo uscite USB e presa jack 12V, mai usate AC o Type-C), l'unità si è scaricata completamente e ora non dà più alcun segno di vita: nessuna reazione di display, tasto di accensione o cavo di ricarica AC originale. Ho fornito al servizio assistenza tutta la documentazione richiesta: video del test di ricarica, video dell'imballo esterno (risultato integro, senza segni di impatto), descrizione dettagliata dell'utilizzo. Il venditore ha successivamente segnalato la presenza di un rigonfiamento (bump) sulla scatola dell'unità come possibile causa di rifiuto della garanzia, ma senza considerare che si tratta di due rigonfiamenti simmetrici (non uno solo) e senza fornire una risposta definitiva sulla copertura in garanzia. Resto disponibile a un confronto diretto con l'azienda per risolvere la situazione, e aggiornerò volentieri questa recensione in base a come verrà gestito il caso.

Their batteries almost always arrive damaged. If you ask for a replacement, they tell you to contact the website you bought them from. If you bought them from their own website, they treat you with irony, telling you that their batteries are not compatible with your device, while they have previously assured you of this and are ignoring you. If you want to lose your money, you are in the right place. The response to my review is a complete mockery. Bear in mind that I made the purchase from their own official online store. I emailed them, and they replied claiming they bore no responsibility for the product; I even sent them a video, but from that moment on, they stopped communicating with me. They have all my details and try to put on a friendly front while constantly lying. Stay away from this store. Anyone interested can have me send them the entire correspondence with this store, so they can see for themselves why they should stay away from them.

The product is as specified. 16KWh 54V It came inside a nice box and very quick. Connecting two devices is as described in the manual. I wasn't sure how equal they should be to connect them together, so a guessed <0.1V would be ok. That seemed to work. Whne i connected 2 of them they exchanged some amps but that was ok within a few minutes. The build is a box on wheels that are ruggit. The added cables and assaseries are also nice quality. I connected them via a Deye inverter via RS485 (can-bus was not possible not sure why)

Update: I received a refund, but I am still out $40 due to bank fees and currency losses caused by their deceptive 'EU warehouse' bait-and-switch. Do not trust their 'refund' as a full resolution—you will still lose money!
