DatouBoss Will NOT Service Your Warranty Claims. I bought 3 x DatouBoss DT-3U-48V 100A-A which is 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery in a 3RU Rack. DatouBoss no longer seems to sell my battery and have remove all references and information from their own website. However, the same company who needed to service my battery will need to service you if there are problems with their products and I'm here to warn you that you may get similar results as me on these expensive items. I bought it from Temu and in 4 months with about 60 cycles, one of the battery packs was discharging quickly and had Cell Under Voltage (CUV) error and shutdown. My battery pack is built with 16 x 3.2V 100Ah prismatic LiFePo4 cells in series. One of the cells started to fail and had lower voltage and less capacity than the rest of the cells. For battery packs in series, if one battery cell fails, the whole pack fails. Over the next two months (the time is mostly my delay) we exchange e-mail to diagnose the problem including opening the unit up and possibly soldier a connection. Personally, I don't think a company should ever ask you to open a battery up and probe with a multimeter and soldier, but I'm quite handy in this area so I did it. The connection was fine so no soldier was needed and using a multimeter, I was able to verify that one cell's voltage was low. Eventually, we concluded the battery was faulty, though they never stated so, and told go back to Temu for after sales support (6 months after I purchased it). Of course Temu is not going to handle a purchase 6 months ago. Multiple message back to DatouBoss resulted to no more replies.

Bought a 48v 314ah battery, 11kw hybrid inverter and wifi module on 27th September off the Datouboss official website. All items were despatched separately. The inverter arrived damaged so I contacted customer service with photos. It looked like the unit had been dropped and the main control board and power supply had completely sheared from the case and had been rolling around inside the metal case. The unit also had other UK customers names and addresses so had been returned previously and also looked like it had been fitted previously. They suggested I plugged the unit in but due to safely concerns and the fact the battery hadn't arrived and equally wouldn't want to damage it I asked for a replacement. They then tried offering a partial refund but due to the damage and safely concerns around the internal electrics being damaged I asked for a replacement inverter so they sent a returns label and the unit was returned to them and arrived on 5th October. I contacted them on 7th, 12th and 14th October asking for a replacement or refund but they have ignored my emails and messages. I appreciate parcels can get damaged by couriers but all Datouboss needed to do was send another unit or refund instead they chose to ignore all my emails. Very poor customer service. The battery arrived a few days later and the wifi module arrived after a week. I now have an expensive battery that I cannot use and non existant customer service. They have my money but I don't have the system that I ordered.

Με ταλαιπορουν 15 μέρες να τους στέλνω βιντεάκια διάφορα για να αποδείξω το πρόβλημα και κάθε φορά ζητάνε και κατι άλλο. Εξαντλήθηκε η υπομονή μου.ΚΟΡΟΙΔΕΥΟΥΝ.Λυπαμε πολύ. Χάνουν πολλούς πελάτες που θα είχαν από μένα.

Defective batteries with severed wires, poor soldering between the cells, and generally very poor quality. You could very easily lose your money.

Meine Erfahrung mit DATOU BOSS war leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe den Hybrid Solar Inverter 1800W gekauft, doch nach der Installation stellte sich heraus, dass das Gerät die Batterie überhaupt nicht lädt, obwohl ich zwei verschiedene Batterien getestet habe. Das Gerät zeigt dauerhaft eine FAULT‑Anzeige und funktioniert nicht wie beschrieben. Ich habe den Kundendienst mehrfach kontaktiert, aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Der fehlende Support nach dem Kauf ist absolut unprofessionell.Zusätzlich wurde ein Teil meiner Bestellung (WiFi 06 Modul‑Wechselrichter) nie geliefert, weil DATOU BOSS eine falsche Lieferadresse angegeben hat. purchased a 12V 300Ah LiFePO4 battery and charger from this seller. The battery cannot properly support a normal fridge load, and the supplied charger failed to charge it properly. I sent multiple videos and requested a replacement, but the seller has not provided a satisfactory solution or explained why their charger does not charge the battery. Very disappointing product and customer service. I cannot recommend this seller.
