I originally purchased DatingPro to use on a dating website that already had 35,000 users. Unfortunately, I was not able to use the software because DataPro technicians were unable to adjust the user photos to display correctly in their software. I abandoned using it on this website. Subsequently, I decided to start a new website and try DatingPro on it. I can only speculate why over a period of about 6 months the company I knew appeared to disappear. Yes, they did reinstall the software for my new dating site BUT it never worked well enough for production. The PayPal module would not work at all so all revenue except display ads was gone. As I tried to work through a myriad of technical problems their support people kept disappearing as if the company no longer has a revenue stream. Instead of working with me to get the website to function correctly they simply said my support time has expired. Good luck, fix it yourself. If you buy this software you will regret it...guaranteed.

I can say responsibly that there is no better service than this company. Especially Mr. Roman and his technical team. I am very, very grateful to them. Every time a request is made, it will respond very quickly and be resolved. You might think that datingpro is a bit more expensive than other cheap scripts. Then let me tell you my experience, I also felt very expensive at the beginning. Most other scripts range from $40 to $99. Why is datingpro 499 dollars? So I did not consider the datingpro script at the beginning. Did not even visit the demo. I have bought 4 scripts to test and try to modify. But 2 months of time was wasted, and none of it can be used for formal operations. If you look for their support team to customize features, they are all quoting thousands of dollars. Only one of the 4 scripts refunded me. I wasted more than 200 dollars in total. I couldn't find a suitable script anymore. Can only visit datingpro again. After checking the demo, I found that almost all the functions I need are available. No need for customization anymore. Occasionally there is a little flaw, just find the support team of dating pro. One email can be solved. Save a lot of time and money. The total cost of the datingpro I bought is: US$499 + US$150 for customized functions to make money from formal operations. Dating Prom was suggested to me as an expert in building dating websites by google. The initial setup was went smoothly and installation was done in 2 days as promised. I thought I was going to be left alone to build it myself but it wasn’t the case. Communication with the team was via e-mail. The one month free support after installation is very important, however you need to know exactly what you want because after the installation of the sites, there’s a lot of work to be done to personalize it. Anna & Roman were excellent. They responded to all my queries and were quite knowledgable. Understanding the modules from the academy to enable build the site took some getting used to. My major drawback was the time difference, but we were able to make it work. I would recommend dating pro to anyone looking to venture out into the dating site world. Right now, I’m just putting the finishing touches on my site and look forward to launching & upgrading in the future. Bien que j’aie envie de visiter la belle ville de Moscou, l’organisation d’un séjour sur place pour tenter de régler un désaccord commercial via un tribunal serait vraiment compliquée. Leur offre de départ vous permettra de commencer avec l’essentiel, surtout si vous avez un petit budget. 2-J’avais lu dans un comparatif que le site pouvait être installé en un jour. 3-La facilité d’utilisation de leur logiciel. Je peux vous assurez que je n’y connais rien en programmation, et je n’ai jamais administré un site internet de ma vie, mais heureusement qu’ils mettent à disposition sur le site un manuel d’utilisation relativement bien fourni et claire, leur logiciel est accessible à tout débutant. En vérité, la durée et le prix final de votre projet dépendra entièrement de sa complexité, il vous faudra être patient et réaliste. Etant complètement novice en la matière, et malgré leur manuel d’utilisation bien fourni, j’ai rencontré des difficultés d’ordre technique mais j’ai pu m’en sortir grâce à des tutoriels en ligne. Anna, la responsable avant-vente a toujours été très à l’écoute de mes besoins, et idem pour Irene, la responsable du développement du projet, ainsi que l’équipe du support technique, Alex et Roman qui ont toujours été professionnel et réactif quand ils ne sont pas débordés. Vous rencontrerez surement des bugs et autres dysfonctionnements au début, mais il vous suffira de demander une intervention auprès du support technique et ils vous la corrigeront sans problème. Pre-sale: I started the process with an almost 4-month due diligence process comparing almost all providers in the industry and comparing their offerings from different angles. During the competition review, DatingPro was always amongst the most responsive and prepared. Their responses were quite complete and honest. They didn’t push me to buy their most expensive and complete pack but rather tried to understand what I was after. During the pre-sale process, I had more and deeper exchanges with them than with the other providers. The responses from the pre-sale person (Rina) were always timely and complete. For each customization options, they provided accurate reasonable estimates usually within the next day, contrary to some of their competitors. After about three months, I retained three providers with DatingPro being already my favorite. In terms of price for the functionalities they offered, they were the most competitive. Their documentation and demo on their site were also among the best. In the end, I took the decision to build my site with them going following agreement on a Gant chart for the implementation plan. I have chosen to start from their Starting Pack to which I have added the add-ons I found most useful following my needs and also some customization on some differentiating aspects. Implementation phase: Though I am in the middle of the implementation, the process runs smoothly with also a great level of responsiveness and competence from their project lead (Irene). She also shares her views and experience and always tries to understand what I really want or what I am concerned about. I have to say that I am very reassured having her in charge of my project. Being myself in Portugal and them in Russia, they offered to use Trello as a collaborative tool and it really helps share the tasks and monitor progress towards completion. Irene, the project coordinator, and myself, we update Trello on a daily basis so we keep each other informed of how our respective tasks progress. Irene is extremely competent, and I have very smooth and informative daily exchanges with her through emails and Trello updates. We also had a Skype start-up meeting to launch the project which was key to build rapport and she offered to have additional Skypes in case of need. Her responses are very helpful as she systematically includes in them the hyperlinks to external data or internal configuration panel that makes my life much easier. I really appreciate working with her and her English and experience with the package is best-in-class. I can only recommend her and DatingPro to future customers. My project is not yet finished however I feel we are on good track, on budget and on specifications, with the right attitude. Irene is proactive and reactive which I appreciate highly.
