I went to renew my hosting they then proceed to tell me i cant pay just one month of $12 but i have to pay a year of 144$ then they don't allow you to make debit card payments anymore you have to do a wire transfer. Were I live its not a option. They dont care about there customers at all! Now I have 6 years and I cant access my website. I never had this issue Please dont do business with them! There customer service wont respond or try to help the situation. It dont make sense on why I cant make a debit card payment. I have been trying to get my website back up for over a week! The make you place a order then get a invoice thats all! its so much easier to just make a debit card payment. But now they only accept crypto or bank to bank transfer.

Thank you for writing. Part of what you describe is accurate, and it is worth explaining openly.
We moved hosting from monthly to annual billing. Hosting renewals are now paid by bank transfer or USDT — cards work for licenses, but not for hosting. That is a limitation on our side, not a mistake on yours.
Hosting is now invoiced for a full year, with a 10% discount for transfers. We announced the change in advance in a separate email, and for anyone who needs monthly billing we offered to move the site to an outside host — including doing the move for you. That offer still stands for you.
Our pricing page shows the monthly figure so you can compare the cost of what is included against what other companies charge. Hosting itself is invoiced annually, with the 10% discount.
Your messages were answered in line with the terms and response times of the SLA 2 support you hold.

For those reading this: website hosting has limits on how long backups are retained, so we always recommend that clients keep an independent copy of their website and data. Once a site has been damaged, the recovery window is limited.

What I received was not a dating platform—it was a glorified demo filled with lifeless, incomplete bot profiles and a clunky, outdated framework that made even the simplest tasks feel like rocket science. For every click, there’s an upsell. For every question, a link to a help article instead of real help.
I paid for a solution and got a problem. My project stalled, my time wasted, and my money vanished behind policies that protect them, not the customer. This is not software—this is a trap. Save yourself the headache. I wish someone had warned me.
This has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid for what I was promised would be a ready-to-launch dating platform, and instead I received a broken, amateur, laughably outdated piece of junk that looks and feels like it was built in the early 2000s. The so-called “demo” they show is a lie—the actual product is completely non-functional, riddled with bugs, and designed so poorly it’s unusable without massive (and expensive) customization.
To make matters worse, once they take your money, they vanish. No real support, no accountability, just a wall of useless links and auto-responses. Every step of the way felt like a scam carefully disguised as a legitimate service.
I’ve wasted my time, my money, and my trust. If you’re even thinking of working with Dating Pro—run. You’ll end up exactly where I am: frustrated, ripped off, and furious.

• 9–14 June: at your request, Chinese demo profiles replaced with 20,000 (US, China, Europe, Australia). You lifted the profile-upload limit on your hosting.

Important context:

You twice rejected the proposed $300 refund offered on 30 June 2025 (~27 days after purchase) and 2 July 2025.
What we’ve improved thanks to you:
1. Added a warning about upload times on client hosting (up to a week vs 1 day on ours).
2. Launching soon an onboarding bot to auto-configure favicon, banners, forms in 3–5 clicks and more.
Technical delays: The main reason was Hostinger limits (disk space and inode quota). After increasing the quota via SSH, everything was resolved.
Status as of 15 July: the platform is fully operational, PayPal is configured, mobile apps delivered, all photos display correctly.

I have received a newsletter and click on a link and went to a list of reference websites powered by them. The majority of links were not working anymore and apps removed or really bad reviews. I asked about this but only got automated replies so I guess I would also get trouble when having an issue with a productive website.

Negative reviews for a reason…WARNING DO NOT HIRE DATING-SCAM
Read their negative reviews and take them to heart. This is the most unprofessional group, of so called developers and app builders I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I hired them at the beginning of 2021 and my project still isn’t done. I had very little custom work I needed done, so they told me to purchase their largest package and that would suffice for custom work. Even though they have scripts for almost everything and need little to no development or implementation, they act like it all needs to be custom built. Yet their site gives a list of everything they have ready out of bid to use. After I paid them, they pretty much vanished and communication stopped several times. My assigned project manager even confessed, they had higher paying clients who took priority, so I want to the back of the line, even though I paid first. When you hire dating pro, they don’t work on your project to completion. They do a little here and there and then give you garbage results that would be an embarrassment for the world to see. However, they don’t care if their name is on it because they doubt the world will see your project anyways. For as much as they say and claim they can do, the actual product they send you back to test is just pure garbage. It’s simple, they either don’t work on your project or they don’t know what they’re doing. A little common sense and any developer can send a project over that makes sense and is usable. They will blame you for not making corrections and sending it back in a timely manner. Then, say your development hours have been used up and push you to pay more money for a project that should already be at the level you paid for. However, this is not the case. My graphic designer even sent them the designs and they got that wrong, the functionality was all wrong, everything you clicked on would bring up api errors. After years of trying to deal with them, I gave up. They’re amateurs and rely on one time customers to rip off, to stay in business. I promise you, if you hire them, you will be left frustrated and angry. They don’t care. They talk a good game but when it comes down to production they are at the bottom of the barrel. Sure, they made their site look like they offer everything for a good price but that’s their gimmick. Like a car dealer advertising a price for a car, until you go to buy it and realize there’s all these add-ons and by the time you’re done with all the fees, it’s way out of budget and you realized you were scammed. Dating-Scam would be made fun of by actual developers for calling themselves pros. This is a warning, do not use them, they will simply screw your over, take your money and disregard your project. They have low morals or ethical standards and why not they’re in a Russia, what can anyone do, once they have your money and screw you over. My app was a joke, i couldn’t even test it properly, nothing worked on it and I couldn’t even find test users, such as my friends to test the features I paid for and extra for. Now they’re pushing me for more money again. I refuse to get scammed this long and pay them more money for a joke of an app. I’ll be making a more in depth video and posting it on YouTube to warn more people not to get screwed by this company. Sure they reply to reviews and try to act civil and like they have good customer service, that’s just to hopefully sway new users to think they’re a good company and have great customer service. They know they don’t plan to rectify or fix anyone’s projects, they just want new people to think they take care of their clients. Again, you will be put on a waiting list where the developer works on one thing at a time for 10-15 min if that, then you will keep getting cycled through and expected to give them every little detail that needs to be fixed that should be common sense, like how to login, or get an email when you login to verify your account. After a certain amount of time, they will say you ran out of developer hours even though they never truly worked on your project. You have been warned. Hire at your own stupidity and risk.
Edit: they reached out to me and thanked me for my negative review and said it will just help them get more customers. No concern for unhappy customers, just wanted to add fuel to the fire by being condescending. This is the type of people they are. You will be paying them to steal your money and give you a non-working product. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
