Dating Pro saved our company. After years and years doing business with another software supplier where we hired the software, they suddenly stopt there company with a 3 month notice. After contacting DatingPro in the end of 2020 and explaining the situation they helped us in any way possible, resulting in no downtime. In only 2,5 months time they rebuilt there system in more then a workable system for us to start. We (again) never had any down time because of them and all our members only have seen improvements and we got lots of positive feedback. In the time after the for us workable system, we built together with DatingPro a system where most datingsites can only dream of. Yes, it's costing money to develop a system, we let built on the system almost on daily basics, but that's only made possible because of the revenue we can make because of the system from DatingPro. I can honestly say that we now probably have one of the most sort after dating systems on the market and getting even more advanced every day. The DatingPro team response within minutes and if less important always the same day. If there are problems is a script they will solve it in no time. They will built the extras or custom work 100% like you asked them, there developers are very strict and quick, If something is not built like I said it's solved directly, if I make a mistake or leave something out it's my own fault and happy to pay the very small extra to resolve my own stupidity. Where do I start. I originally purchased Dating Pro back in August 2022. I bought the upgraded package plus numerous add on's. To date I would estimate I have spent $10K with dating pro trying to get a working website that could compete with the big giants. The whole purpose was to make money on my website by getting as many users as possible. In a year and a half, and after $10K, I was able to get exactly THREE paid users. My site is only $15 for a one time fee. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars in marketing and advertisements, and nothing. Here is where Dating Pro comes in. Originally I spoke with a "Rinna" when I first started and she was of no help at all. She threw me to the wolves to figure it out for myself. This was after I paid the initial $3500. Finally, after three months an "Andrew" and "Alex" began helping me. I put quotes around the names because I'm 100% sure those are not the people they claim to be and they switch out. Andrew and Alex were of great help. They helped me get through every step of the way, until they switched people again, and then it took three weeks to hear back from them. Also middway through, they told me to switch to their web hosting service which is costing me $25 per month, and I'm scared to ask how to get it back to Godaddy for fear the website will disappear, which has happened twice. They will do work on the website and never test on their end to see if what they did actually works. This causes delays and a lot of back and forth emails. Do NOT pay for mobile apps for a dating website unless you are POSITIVE you will be approved by Apple, I still have not been approved but this isn't Dating Pro's fault, however they should warn you before you purchase. There is no wow factor to the software and it seems quite antiquated. As I have had many users come to my website but only three have actually paid to sign up, and I think that may be due to the antiquated pages. I also paid a third party to actually design my landing pages because Dating Pro could never get it right. In the end I have to say the "Andrew" person is very helpful, but I know there is only so much he can do. He is extremely knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to help me many times, but there is only so much he can do. I really wish I had not done this. I know the competition is fierce for dating websites but between dating pro, marketing, redesigning the landing pages, advertising on Instagram and TikTok, I am out of almost $30K, and I only made approximately $45... I'm giving four stars because if you can get Andrew, he is wonderful and a great help.

The employees also want to pay for the workplace equipment and the tax office. Ultimately, it is also my intention to make money and pay everyone else who earns money. So my membership will not be free. When producing software, no customer-specific system extension is created that is not paid for by the customer. And the goal is also to sell a function more often and once created. All in all, I don't understand the complaints of many interested parties who expect that the system already includes everything and is for free. Pretty otherworldly for me.k But everyone else who knows what this means in terms of costs and time will agree with me that DatingPro's prices are humane, and the excellent, high-quality support is a time-saving support. I really enjoy working with support, who always respond promptly. As many entrepreneurs probably know, this is not a given or free. You pay for whatever you want to use. You cannot change it. Read their negative reviews and take them to heart. This is the most unprofessional group, of so called developers and app builders I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I hired them at the beginning of 2021 and my project still isn’t done. I had very little custom work I needed done, so they told me to purchase their largest package and that would suffice for custom work. Even though they have scripts for almost everything and need little to no development or implementation, they act like it all needs to be custom built. Yet their site gives a list of everything they have ready out of bid to use. After I paid them, they pretty much vanished and communication stopped several times. My assigned project manager even confessed, they had higher paying clients who took priority, so I want to the back of the line, even though I paid first. When you hire dating pro, they don’t work on your project to completion. They do a little here and there and then give you garbage results that would be an embarrassment for the world to see. However, they don’t care if their name is on it because they doubt the world will see your project anyways. For as much as they say and claim they can do, the actual product they send you back to test is just pure garbage. It’s simple, they either don’t work on your project or they don’t know what they’re doing. A little common sense and any developer can send a project over that makes sense and is usable. They will blame you for not making corrections and sending it back in a timely manner. Then, say your development hours have been used up and push you to pay more money for a project that should already be at the level you paid for. However, this is not the case. My graphic designer even sent them the designs and they got that wrong, the functionality was all wrong, everything you clicked on would bring up api errors. After years of trying to deal with them, I gave up. They’re amateurs and rely on one time customers to rip off, to stay in business. I promise you, if you hire them, you will be left frustrated and angry. They don’t care. They talk a good game but when it comes down to production they are at the bottom of the barrel. Sure, they made their site look like they offer everything for a good price but that’s their gimmick. Like a car dealer advertising a price for a car, until you go to buy it and realize there’s all these add-ons and by the time you’re done with all the fees, it’s way out of budget and you realized you were scammed. Dating-Scam would be made fun of by actual developers for calling themselves pros. This is a warning, do not use them, they will simply screw your over, take your money and disregard your project. They have low morals or ethical standards and why not they’re in a Russia, what can anyone do, once they have your money and screw you over. My app was a joke, i couldn’t even test it properly, nothing worked on it and I couldn’t even find test users, such as my friends to test the features I paid for and extra for. Now they’re pushing me for more money again. I refuse to get scammed this long and pay them more money for a joke of an app. I’ll be making a more in depth video and posting it on YouTube to warn more people not to get screwed by this company. Sure they reply to reviews and try to act civil and like they have good customer service, that’s just to hopefully sway new users to think they’re a good company and have great customer service. They know they don’t plan to rectify or fix anyone’s projects, they just want new people to think they take care of their clients. Again, you will be put on a waiting list where the developer works on one thing at a time for 10-15 min if that, then you will keep getting cycled through and expected to give them every little detail that needs to be fixed that should be common sense, like how to login, or get an email when you login to verify your account. After a certain amount of time, they will say you ran out of developer hours even though they never truly worked on your project. You have been warned. Hire at your own stupidity and risk. Edit: they reached out to me and thanked me for my negative review and said it will just help them get more customers. No concern for unhappy customers, just wanted to add fuel to the fire by being condescending. This is the type of people they are. You will be paying them to steal your money and give you a non-working product. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
