I submitted my DataFlow application for Qatar (QCHP) on [10/10/2025], but after more than [5 weeks] I still haven’t received any final report or clear update. Title: Delay and Lack of Transparency in My DataFlow Verification (Qatar) Review: I submitted my DataFlow application for Qatar (QCHP) on 10/10, but after more than 3 weeks I still haven’t received any final report or clear update. Customer support responses are generic and do not provide any real progress. This delay has caused serious inconvenience and affected my licensing process. I hope DataFlow will take responsibility and improve communication and transparency for applicants

If I could give zero stars I would. The application process is pretty standard, fill out a form and sign a consent form and submit. You then receive multiple emails stating that your application is on hold and to attach the same consent form multiple times and in between the 10 duplicate emails, you see a different email with a different consent form to be signed and provided. The call back process is a joke - I requested to be called on 20th Oct to speak to someone who can explain how I am completing a simple consent form incorrectly, they then called me on Sunday, 19th Oct for 1 second (I saw my phone, it didn't even have time to ring), and then sent me an email stating that they tried to call me and were unsuccessful and that I missed my appointment - the day before on a SUNDAY. Who knows when my application will be submitted and actually completed.

Absolute Fraud and Scam

After my regular follow-ups & after 3 months, and i received my Verification report. Regarding my Previous employment, DATAFLOW mentioned - Unable to verify, while the same Employment certificate DATAFLOW verified and cleared for my previous application for OMAN. This desciptiency i mentioned to DATAFLOW but in vain. DATAFLOW NOT GOOD

Absolutely incompetant. I have been asked several times for a document. When submitted and then they contacted me to say its wrong. they will email the docment to sign. ok fair enough. email arrives, no document attached. and guess what the email replies are autometed, the chat messanger on the website is all ai. when you call their number it only tells you the opening hours and hangs up on you. Then when you schedule a call, the call is late at night or doesnt come at the time you want or even the day... i recieved a call while i was teaching a class and couldnt resolve it cause i was teaching... and guess what, when you call the number back its all autometed again. Absolute scam that i have given them money for something my job says i need.

Completely unaware of operations and licensure requirements of the United States. They are unprofessional, unorganized and lack common sense ability to research credentials according to their governing bodies. It was an embarrassment having them contact my college. The college officials said they are very difficult to work with and half the time their communications didn’t make sense! There has to be a better way to get verifications done that doesnt include this level of incompetence. You ask my college to certify a full time status, well in bridge programs, the semester load varies the further you progress. These people have no clue about verifying information! Horrible turnaround times and clearly lack English comprehension.

I submitted my education documents on 10th August, and they are still under process. A week ago, I called and was told my file is with MOHERS now. Since then, no updates, no working phone line, and not even a scheduled call from their side. They have gone completely unresponsive , it feels like they suddenly became ghosts. Very disappointing experience!
