this company is missleading me to subscribe their service for couple months, i never used any service in the period, and they still charging me, and rejected the refund.

Databox Is one of the best dashboards I've found, after years of working as an analytics consultant. The team, Katerina and others, are the best for support. Love it!

This tool really boost your management productivity and on top of that the customer service is world class. I have been able to taylor this tool to exactly my needs.

Horrible customer service and billing. They ended up trying to steal my money. They sold me on things they didn’t have and won’t refund my Money. Go with another provider

Dogshit customer service. Cancelled last day of subscription and they billed me for another month. Went into call and they said "nothing we could do, you just gotta pay for another month" eventhough i didnt use it and didnt want to use it for another month.

Terrible service and program. Overpaying massively for a program, that doesn't deliver and doesn't work intuitively. When asking customer service for a refund, they don't reply. When asking them to pause your membership, same deal. So I just wasted +1000 USD on this.

Very expensive for what you get. Simple dashboards and very hard to customize. Also no support either. Have never gotten the support I need. Sent several emails but no replies.

I agree with the previous reviews. Been a customer for over 3 years and the idea is great but the amount of bugs and data not showing for no reason is crazy.
