I left the board because I got maybe 10 loads off of it in all the years we had it. Freight is too cheap.

new chat: new app view needs to setup like older atleast the all loads list and new one have lots of bugs, getting lots of fake loads added in the list or wrongly sent loads by bots. need some option to report that perticuler load. so it can be removed OLDER VERSION WAS BETTER, THIS ONE HAVE LOTS OF ISSUES AND BROKERS ARE GIVING BAD RATES

System always down! And you guys set the rates. Too much scams going on on DAT. I’m starting to think you guys are in on it!

Online platform horrible. They IP engineers not capable to keep platform out of crashing for longer than 24 hours. Before online platform i was using they "download to PC load board version" - that was "1990 era design", crashing as well , but was much more stable. I using they product 15 years now and i have may be 3-10 days per year without program glitches. They just CAN NOT fix they online platform now. Just not capable. Only hope - some sharks of the business, some "brain machine" will acquired them and get ALL ENTIRE IP team fired and rehired new guys..

Very bad board, they closed our account with out any prior notice and refused to disclose any reasons as to why, they did not refund the money and we have been using there board since 2019. Very disappointed in there service.

I been using their product since 2012 they had 3sixty one of the best software I have ever used since then they change their software lat time I called when they moved me to datone its one of the worst software I spent hours on the phone and agent hang-up on me then I called and asked for manager or supervisor I told them that they get bad reviews and they replied that people don't have anything alse to do and they write bad reviews as reading all reviews I understand I'm not the only person who doesn't like their new product I'm sure trucking companies will invest in their own software and better.. truck companies let's get it done.

They eliminated a legacy product that everyone still used without making sure it functioned correctly, their new forced system is an absolute headache spend your money on Truck Stop or 123 load board before patronizing this company, they do not care at all about their consumers only what they think their consumers want, I was told when I brought this poor decision to their attention that they had 30% of their paying customers tell them to leave it alone and instead they decided to fail out of school instead of showing up for class. The response is typical and I have already spent hours on the phone, and text chatting with your staff, you do not listen you do not take advice you are just like everyone else and think you can shove things down peoples throats. I hope you bomb out of the industry no company is to big to fail. do not know who is running things there but they need to be removed from their position. Listening to the Titans only serves the Titans not the people who do 90% of the industry work.

Their agent blocked our account we have been using for years, no security issues and our agent name is in their system she decided there is a security risk and they are working to see can we use the account or not. We have paid them for this very horrible service and not to mention their constant site breaks where we are not allowed to access it at all. As of today we are switching to Truckstop.com and i suggest all carriers out there to do the same.
