Most, if not all designs featured on this retailers site are stolen and used without permission. I am one such artist and found 16 listed items using my copyrighted work. I am also aware of other contemporary artists who have had work stolen. Do not give money to these people.

BEWARE! SCAM! FRAUDLENT COMPANY! Do not buy from them. The material is polyester and appearance nothing like the photos. Sending them back is almost impossible as you have to return them to China and have to pay the shipping cost by your own. Despite their website saying money back guarantee... I was offered a £12 refund from a £100 order! The clothes do not fit properly, the cut is wrong and sizes come up very small. I was told that this was personal opinion!

Quality of items on website are not even close to what I received in the mail. Website makes the products look beautiful, but the products I received are cheaply made and the printing on the material looks blurry and awful. I tried to return items, but they need to be shipped to China. Received an offer of 20% off my next order. Why would I want to buy more crappy products? Instead of taking the risk of wasting more money to ship it back to China, I took the very small amount of cash they were offering and threw away the clothes. I can’t even bring myself to donate it.

Items arrived and Im truly shocked by the vile quality of them. Super shiny nasty polyester zipped sweatshirts. No way could you wear these and not sweat in them that's for sure. Think of the worst tasteless shiny polyester shellsuit/tracksuit from the 80's, then think of something twice as tacky. They are thin and badly made. Huge waste of money and they are going straight in the bin. Sizing is also very bad. Buyers beware, not worth a penny of your money even if marked at half price.

I ordered 2 hoodies, the material doesn’t look anything like the picture on the website. It’s shiny and looks of poor quality. I emailed and asked how I can refund the items. I was offered a 20% off coupon to keep them. Why would I want more of their items, I don’t. I told them that, so they said I can get a refund of 15% or return the items to China with expensive shipping. Save your money, don’t order from this company.

Terrible quality on an oddly shaped sweatshirt. Utterly useless to me.

The items the sell are not the ones they show online. I received photo copied clothes and they refused to send a return label. The return address on the package is not correct, therefore I had to keep emailing and they kept offering a discount on other items. Needless to say I donated the items to the thrift store and went through my credit card company for a full refund.Do not waste your money with this company!

I ordered a woollen knit jumper for my partner for Christmas from Dashingsoul, and the experience has been a nightmare. After waiting five weeks for it to arrive from China, I received something completely different—a cheap polyester item resembling an ice hockey jersey instead of the high-quality knit jumper advertised. When I contacted their support team with images of what I ordered versus what I received, they told me I would have to cover the return shipping costs, even though the mistake was theirs. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails entirely, leaving me without a refund unless I pay more to ship the item back to them. This company is a complete scam—false advertising, terrible customer service, and unethical return policies. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from Dashingsoul. Spread the word and warn others!
