The “sweatshirt” I purchased did not look like the sweatshirt represented in their photos and was really the size of a medium though I ordered in 2X. If you want to return it, then you have to pay the shipping to CHINA.

WARNING VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Despite using the size chart AND ordering one size larger, the shirt is cut too narrow to fit. The front is the same cut as the back, not allowing for any bust allowance. The “crew neck” is cut half way to the shoulders. EVEN WITH THIS INFO, form letter response refused return authorization. Next step is credit card “charge back”. Save yourself the same experience.

Ordered an item 09/23. Money taken out of Paypal account instantly. Order acknowledged. It is now 10/03 and I have not heard a word. No notice it shipped, no tracking info. Emailed twice to email address provided on invoice with no response. Posted to their FB page. The email help addresses listed on their FB page and the website don’t click through/are non-functional. Completely unable to contact them. Have initiated refund/request for more info with Paypal.
