Lesson learned. Similar experience to others. Very poor quality product and no realistic options for returns. Despite stating that they make it simple at no point do they indicate in advance that the items have to be returned to China verses the company address they ship from within Canada. Completely cost prohibitive and they’ve offered either $10 or 20 percent of my next order. I doubt anyone ever sees their money again! It’s such a scam.

Avoid this company like the plague. As already mentioned by many here, I have also had a bad experience with this company. My product was delivered after a few weeks and when receiving it, I realised that for some very strange reason, the TShirt I ordered had a massive button seam sewn right down the middle blocking out the octopus pattern. The product did not look anything like what was advertised on their site and looked as though something had gone wrong in production and clearly a mistake in their part. I wish I could attach a photo so you could see how hideous it looked! I complained and was told that I could send it back to them (at my own cost) or accept a partial refund of a very stingy $6 (the top cost $20 at least!). They have refused to send me the TShirt which was advertised on their website. You cannot get anywhere with them and I have no rights as a consumer. I had to give up as I was wasting my time and energy with them.

Less than 1 star deserved. I ordered two t.shirts that I liked the look of online. When they eventually arrived (took 2 weeks), one was just about acceptable, but the other was awful. It bore no resemblance to the design online - it was blurry and ugly. I requested a refund, only to be sent a ridiculously long postal address that I would have to use to return the item. On trying to enter said address in various carrier websites to obtain quotes for shipping, it kept being rejected. I requested a UK address to return the item to but this was refused. They offered me a derisory $5 partial refund (the item, with postage, cost me around £18). I have had to give up, as they will not budge and apparently do not respect UK consumer law, despite happily selling here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are knowingly selling defective goods.

Scam. I made the huge mistake to order 3 pants for about 72$. Sending the package back would cost me about 50€ and it is a long process of mailing to receive the address it should be sent back to. Blurry designs. Fabrics are awful. The cut of the pants was completely different than on the pictures. Awful company!

Scam! I am so sorry. I didn’t see these reviews before ordering from this company. I can only echo the same feedback that you can see in the other negative reviews: very unpleasant fabric, blurry designs, strange sizing that makes a medium huge and a returns policy that insists that I mail the items back to China on my own dime. Awful.

This is advertised on Facebook and I ordered two items. I have not received them, I have sent three emails and have had no response. I will be contacting Facebook to inform that they are advertising a questionable organisation. This company seem to be disappointing a number of people in a variety of ways, poor goods if you are lucky enough to receive them having already paid, and poor returns and poor customer response. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this company.

Horrendous DO NOT BUY from this company. The products are awful, print and quality are terrible - very blurry and colours bleeding. Customer service is slow and returns policy is you must send and pay to return to China. I still want to do this out of principle. We’ll see if I get sent right info.

If I could give a minus score I would. This company is selling sub standard garments from China that are made with cheap unwearable, highly flammable fabric. Not at all as portrayed, I could make better quality garments myself from old curtains. Dashing Soul make cheap fast fashion sites like SHEIN and Teemu seem like high quality in comparison. Avoid they are not reputable and a scam.
