This places horrible, I do not understand why fashion would allow them to deliver my stuff. They not only deliver late, but I haven't been able to get my order for days now

Worst thing to do is drive as a dasher for door dash the customer is ridiculous thinking as a driver we have control over whats put in the bag and they will harass you after you drop off an order. 100% would not recommend working for doordash

Very poor company. Always perform in top levels. But the make complaints about crap outside your control. I take any thing I do seriously and Professionally, and they make these contract violations for delays and issues that the businesses create and you are held accountable. The other side is their App sucks badly and you can have 10 orders in a row and five different ways the app displays the job requests completion of jobs, pickup, verify and deliver. Seems like they have 5 different systems running at different development levels. They also constantly send you on BS jobs way outside your selected zone and if you don't accept they penalise your stats. If you call for support if you can get onto them, everything is often to difficult to fix and sometimes takes 10-20 mins on phone trying to sort out so can continue your dash. The Management just want to complain to the dashers and will not take any feedback to improve. Very sad, and that is why they have a constant referal program for their drivers to refer new recruits. If they spent half that referral money rewarding their drivers for quality service, and penalise the drivers running 2-3 delivery services at same time delaying deliveries and quality of service they would have a much better business. Not a quality employer.

Even though a customer lies, their word is taken over the delivery drivers. They send way too many low dollar high mileage offers to their platinum members forcing them to decline and lose acceptance rates causing lower overall ratings. The drivers are the backbone of this business but are sadly abused in this way.

I saw lots of bad reviews. And i was searching on how to leave a review on doordash as a dasher. So many bad experiences on doordash!! Imagine even you are a platinum and almost perfect 100% your ratings, acceptance, and deliveries on time. Still no offer are coming. The worst is i been online for 3 hours and i only got 3 offer. WTF!!! Being dasher is frustrating! This is the worse app in my opinion!!!!

They are a scam, The so called platinum status means absolutely nothing, still get crappy offers less than a dollar a mile, still getting no tip and very low paying offers, then they ding your acceptance rate and you get crappy offers that you are forced to decline, people will rate you bad simply cause of who you are! Dasher support is practically non-existent Ai refuses to connect you to a human, when you do get a human you can barley understand a word they say. Best not to consider this any kind of full time gig. And then there is the incredible wear and tear on your vehicle. Best to avoid messing with these rip offs!

I would never in my life recommend this to anyone I would absolutely not give them a single star if it was an option. Support is no help at all they lie to you just to get you off the phone ive sent screenshots where one support agent said one thing and i got a new one saying something completely different. Drop you tiers for no reason whatsoever than give you bogus excuses as to why. I've had money stolen from me by them and all you get is a run around that still never turns anything up been using the app for two years or more and it hasnt gotten even the slightest bit better. All the deals they give come right out of dashers pay ive had 15 mile orders that payed maybe 2.50 than got penalized for not accepting it and told if I called they could give me more money the whole app is a joke if your looking for something to do on the side id highly recommend using one of the other delivery apps or just cherry pick orders but most of all if you do use them watch your pay closely because these people are worse than any crook I ever met!

Stop giving me 2 and 3$ dashes. My car does not move for 3$. It's not fair to punish me for my acceptance rate. I'm trying to make money, I'm not delivering for charity
