They offer Big SummerSale with annual subscription. I bought it for two separate accounts. After one month I lost access to one of that where I ask from another account to recover access. After I install websites on one of them it stop working another day. Few weeks later I install and set up website and mail client on another profile for what website disapear day later. In customer support they reply me that it is my responsibility to keep service wealth and week later mail client proceed after.

Everything is fine until you have to deal with their customer support. First, I made a mistake by sending a cryptocurrency payment to the wrong invoice, which resulted in less money being credited to my account than I actually sent. Yes, that was my mistake. I contacted support, but my ticket went unanswered for two weeks. Then my server became unreachable. It was showing as online, but it simply wasn't responding to any requests. First-line support confirmed the issue and escalated my ticket to the engineering team. It's now the fifth day of my server being completely inaccessible, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. And just now, I received an email showing how brilliantly this hosting provider has managed to "solve" both problems: "Your Account has been Locked due to the following reason: suspect of bruteforce attack." WHAT??? This is literally the worst hosting experience I've ever had in my life.

My experience with DartNode support has been quite poor. Around 3 weeks ago, I opened a ticket regarding severe CPU steal and performance degradation on my Ryzen 5 VPS. My Geekbench 6 score dropped from 3198/9526 to 1987/5619, and the YABS results clearly showed a significant performance decline. The ticket was linked to an internal engineering case, but after nearly 20 days there has been no fix and no meaningful update. Every follow-up has received essentially the same response: "no update yet." I understand that complex issues can take time to resolve, but leaving a customer with a heavily degraded VPS for weeks without a solution is not acceptable. Performance is one of the main reasons people choose Ryzen-based VPSs, so a drop of this magnitude should be treated with much higher priority. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend DartNode if responsive support and timely issue resolution are important to you.

Paid for DDoS protection. Server got hit repeatedly and went down anyway, bandwidth spiking from 5 Mbps to 900 Mbps at one point, and their "shield" did absolutely nothing. Opened a ticket, got told engineering would respond within 48 hours. That was 6 days ago Meanwhile I'm under attack with zero support from the company I'm paying to protect me. Their reply emails even landed in spam, so I could've easily missed what little response they did manage, which was nothing anyways... Already moved to another provider and won't be renewing. The only positive is they bill on the next invoice, so at least I'm not fighting for a refund on top of everything else. Save your money and go elsewhere for DDoS protection, these guys don't deliver and they'll ghost you when it matters most!

This is the problem I have encountered. Issue #1 – Wrong Region Provisioned I paid for a US-West VPS but was provisioned a US-South machine instead. I opened a support ticket to get this corrected and ended up going back and forth for a full week before it was finally moved to US-West. For what should have been a straightforward fix, the response time was surprisingly slow. Issue #2 – Renewal Billing Nightmare (2 Weeks, Still Unresolved) I tried to renew two of my machines and noticed the invoices didn't match the services I wanted to renew. I opened a ticket clearly explaining which two machines I needed invoiced. The result? I was told to wait. After 168 hours, both machines were deleted — no invoice was ever generated, and no one clearly explained which invoice corresponded to which machine. This dragged on for two weeks with zero resolution. Issue #3 – 100GB Disk Vanished After Reinstall (The Most Absurd One) On my DartDay 2026 Stage 3 – $13.99/yr VPS, after reinstalling the OS via the control panel, the full 100GB disk simply disappeared. I've already submitted a ticket but have no idea when it'll be resolved. To make things worse, the control panel is unreliable — every reinstall fails on the first attempt. You always have to reinstall twice to get it to work.

DartNode was a great service honestly i loved it (cheap yet really good), but this incident that they had of disabling payments through stripe(credit/debit card) and only having Crypto and paypal for payments(options that are not available in Iraq), i opened a ticket to tell them out my situation even through i have been with them like almost an entire year, the support told me YES WE ARE NOT GONNA TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE THIS MONTH, then about two days later i receive an automated e-mail telling me my service has been terminated ...

These people are disgusting. I am a disabled business owner of a tech startup and I selected dartnode to run 3 servers for me with a total of around 3.6TB of space that I paid for. I started configuring my stack and put up my mail servers and a web server. There was also a docker registry they took hostage making recovery impossible. Do not use these guys, I'm considering turning them into the NY state. They took payment for services, wont give a refund and wont respond to support. Next stop? Facebook.
