Sent a email. No reply. Darts came in a bag and flights were smashed with the box flattened that they came in

We're very sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your order should not have been shipped in a bubble pack, and we’re addressing this with our shipping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your email — that is being looked into as well. In the meantime, we’re reaching out to you directly to resolve the issue with the damaged items as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

this is in my stuff for almost a week. Then when they did. My flights were out of stock, by then.

Thank you for your order. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was received on March 3, and we reached out the same day via phone and email to inform you that some items were out of stock. After not receiving a response for two days, we proceeded to ship the rest of your order on March 6 and issued a refund for the unavailable items. We strive to communicate quickly and ensure a smooth shopping experience. We will be giving you a call to discuss this issue and see if there’s anything we can do to make it right. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve. www.Dartdealer.com

I had to return my purchase and the guy that helped me was so understanding and helpful with my return. He even called me to make sure I had received the refund. This is a great company and I would definitely pay any dart products from them. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness. You did a great job! Gloria

Placed an order for something and was informed a couple days later that item was out of stock. I find it very irritating when the websites aren't updated properly. Had to order from Amazon and pay an extra $15. On the plus side, they actually called me to let me know and the guy was very cool to talk with.
