Dr. Brian and Core Health is fantastic. Offices are very clean, staff are very nice, professional and helpful. Dr. Brian always stays up to date on Chiropractic techniques and truly is committed to making his patients get relief. I highly recommend you visit this practice. He was even able to alleviate my planters facitius pain in 3 visits. I never would have thought about a chiropractor for that. He’s a wealth of knowledge. Consult with him on whatever your issue is and I’m positive he’ll help you out. Would give 10 stars if I could.

When you walk into Dr. McKay's office, there is a sign that reads, "Expect a miracle." That is no exaggeration of the treatment that I received from Dr. McKay over the years following episodes of pain. He and his staff are professional and compassionate providers. I am grateful and pain-free.

Dr. Brian McKay and his staff at Core Health in Darien is THE place to be if you’re looking for pain relief. I have seen many chiropractors throughout my life, but never have found anyone who is so good at managing my pain. Many chiropractors just do the same five moves on every patient, but not here. Dr. McKay is continually educating himself on the newest methods and alternative treatments. The staff really listens to you when you come in and adjusts their care to meet your needs. I joke that Dr. McKay is a magician because he can find my pain before I even explain it. If you’re looking for true pain relief, customized to your needs, this is the place to be.

Dr. McKay and his amazing staff have helped me work through multiple issues over the years. I had two back operations in my teens. In my adult years I’ve had to deal with a few setbacks and I immediately call Dr. McKay. I highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Amazing adjustment

Dr. McKay is incredible! He makes you feel completely comfortable with whatever he is adjusting. His precision finding problem areas is spot on and I alway leave feeling better. His staff is professional and very friendly and the office has a very upbeat atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

So thankful to Dr. McKay…. Came in with lower back and neck pain feeling thankfully so much better. Staff also so warm and accommodating.
