I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé and have had to send it in multiple times for repair. The thing is it has been less than a year since purchasing it. She's afraid to even wear it out of fear that one of the stones will come loose. Her fear had been confirmed when she noticed one of the side stones had fallen out. Their policy only has a 30 day window to return for a full refund. Between receiving the ring and bending the knee to propose, that left a very narrow window to return the ring. I'm just wondering how long the window is that I left to keep sending the ring for repair every time something happens to it. If I could leave less than a single star for a review I would because the craftsmanship of the ring is that poor.

When the ring was initially returned to us, we thoroughly inspected and repaired it, ensuring all stones were secure before sending it back to you. However, we understand your disappointment that another issue has arisen. Upon receiving the images you provided, we noticed that the side stone loss appeared to be due to physical damage. While the first repair was covered free of charge, we communicated the minimal fee for this particular repair to address the damage. Unfortunately, as per our policy, we are unable to offer a full refund after the return window has passed. We want to ensure your satisfaction and are happy to work with you to make this right. I purchased this ring on Valentine's day for my fiancé, from Spokane, WA. I was apprehensive of purchasing online, especially from a vendor I hadn't heard of. I took the chance and I'm glad I did. Darby Diamonds went above and beyond. The ring is beautiful and my fiancé adores it. They sent us a ring that was almost 3 sizes too small than the one we actually ordered originally. This would normally earn them a 3 - 4 star review. However; Darby Diamonds customer support did a fantastic job of helping us get the ring resized and returned for us to enjoy. It took a couple weeks, but the new ring is now on my fiancé's finger and she loves it soo much. Not to mention it fits perfect. One other thing I loved about Darby Diamonds were the deals they have on all their products. I couldn't believe the Valentine's day deal. A beautiful, valuable ring at a reasonable price. I would recommend Darby Diamonds to anyone. Great job.
