I would give the company zero if possible..the driver sent me a wahtspp saying his coming in one hour.. i replied saying i need 2 hours.. immediately i get a new msg saying my delivery is now cancelled and rescheduled for dec 22nd(12 days later) .. i call the company and say i need it today and that i have sent someone to the house to collect it(15 mins after the first msg i got from the driver) they insist they can only deliver it now 12 days later...they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager..worst cusumter service and company I've had dealings with after living in Dubai or 12 years.. I would never order from them again and i recommend no one does

I placed an order after your website clearly indicated the items would be delivered within 7 days. This was the only reason I proceeded with the purchase. Immediately after payment, I was informed that the delivery would actually take more than two weeks—completely contradicting the information provided at checkout. When I contacted customer service for an explanation, I was told there was nothing that could be done. As I urgently need the items next week, I requested a cancellation and refund, only to be told it would take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. This is unacceptable. The entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and incredibly disappointing. This was my first order with your company, and due to this lack of transparency and poor service, it will also be my last.

I have returned some items. Still i havent get the cashback for 1 item. which cost 700AED. Calling in costumer care. They wont answer

I have Milano Water Heater. I have 10 of them for that fact. They tell you it has 7 year warranty. But 10 out of 10 i.e. 100% break by damage to element less than 3 years in service. They refuse warranty. Read fine print. Only 2 years for element. I call it robbery abd cheating. I understant one or two get burned out element. 10 of 10 is a severe problem.

100% dissappointed with their services . Never buy anything from Danube because the experience we had with them today was non justified. We have ordered a sofa bed worth 2400/- dhs . And they agreed to deliver in 3 working days . That is the only reason we bought from Danube . Because our parents have come so we need a bed for them. So 3rd day product arrived after long wait. When their 2 staffs tried installing the product - the package was having wrong items. Half of the parts where our ordered sofa bed but half part they sent wrong So they couldn’t Install it. Whe we contacted the customer care - a guy called Muhammed zaki had behaved very very badly . He was not accepting the mistake initially. He said it happens during Packing. He haven’t asked a sorry and he said it’s just the Danube packing department mistake . So customer have to bare all this . Why should we ??? If thy sent wrong item it’s their mistake . So we asked them to do something and make the delivery asap. He said he don’t know when is the delivery and it may take days….. Very horrible experience . We didn’t get the product yet!!!! We lost the trust with Danube and we will never buy anything from them

The GCC's Worst Customer Service. I purchased several items online from Danube Home's website. I wanted to schedule delivery to furnish my new apartment as soon as I move in. Over the course of 7 days, I called, texted, WhatsApped, emailed, requeste call-backs over 9 times and got zero responses from them. I would never ever trust their after-sales services if anything goes wrong if they don't respond at all.

WARNING Never buy from them, they refused my return request saying that the item is opened but its still in the plastic cover and bag and I sent them pictures for that. Buy from more reputable brands not this one!!!

Very bad service I’m still waiting for my refund it’s over 20 days so tired of the BS story from the customer services they don’t call back and some agents are so damn rude. I’m done waiting for my refund . Tired of false stories. I want my money back.
