About a month ago, I bought a sofa from Danube. After four days, the internal foam got damaged and the sofa lost its shape. After a lot of trouble and around 50 phone calls and follow-ups, they finally agreed to take the sofa back and refund the money. It has been a month now and my money still hasn’t been refunded. I am really disappointed with the service. I will never ever buy from this store again.

Danube do not meet their delivery promises, deliver incomplete orders, and later you never know when will be finished the order. Delivery team is not reliable, all the time is trying to do anything to finish service ontime. Customer service do not give solutions.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Danube Home has been nothing short of a disaster from quality to service to basic professionalism. Nothing was delivered or installed on time. Every step required me to chase them. The kitchen cabinets and TV wall unit I ordered were delivered with poor craftsmanship, cheap finishing, and visible flaws. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. The TV wall unit in particular is the worst workmanship I’ve ever seen uneven edges, and no attention to detail whatsoever. From the beginning, they were not clear about the pros and cons of the materials, the design limitations, or the installation process. Communication is inconsistent.. horrible

Please don’t buy anything from Danube Home. I purchased a dining table set with 6 chairs for AED 1,000, and within just 3 months, only 2 chairs are in usable condition. The legs of the remaining 4 chairs are completely damaged and unsafe to use. When I raised the complaint, Danube Home informed me that they are only facilitating the sale of products from another supplier and that they are not responsible for the product. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I purchased the product through Danube Home and trusted their platform/brand, so they should take responsibility for the quality of products sold through them. They are not even ready to repair the damaged chairs or provide any proper solution. This shows very poor after-sales service and irresponsible behaviour towards customers. Extremely disappointed with the poor product quality and the way my complaint was handled. I would not recommend Danube Home to anyone.

The worst service ever, we bought a matress which never arrived and they did not even care to follow up or give us a compensation. The worst store I could see in my life

I am a regular customer of Danube. I wouldn't recommend buying from their online store because I had a bad experience with a bladeless fan I recently bought. I was not happy with the performance of the fan as it is noise when compared to the other premium brand we have seen. Although, their website say easy return. When I placed the return request, nothjng happened for more than 3 weeks and when I called them they said we will escalate then after a week when I logged back to their mobile app to see what was the update, I saw they have rejected the return. I called them again and I was told they can't accept an open item. In fact the iteam was packed back in its original packing and is in the same condition as received. I suggest, better to go to their showroom check and buy if you are completely satisfied so that you can avoid the situation I am.

We ordered a tv unit and arrived defective They should provide more care and their customer service team should be more attentive to customers complaint and provide more accurate information and be precise The team for installation should be more professional and needs training on their skills when it comes to their work and customer satisfaction and service We have been calling and calling just to replace the tv unit which arrived defective and got damaged as their team installed incorrectly

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Having bought an outdoor gazebo in September last year, this product is a complete waste of money as not even 6 months later, it’s completely destroyed. To make matters worse, a team came to inspect the damage and accepted that it was beyond repair, then confirmed that they would schedule a replacement and now, a warehouse manager (who hasn’t even been to see the damage) has decided that they won’t accept responsibility as apparently, a bit of wind and rain, now constitutes a natural disaster. You have to be joking!! So, I’d recommend not purchasing anything from this company EVER!
