I've used your gel nails for a long time and love everything about them, including the packaging. This time, I tried some semi-cured gels because I loved the design (blue with sparkly pink flecks). But they came out of the packaging so stiff that I thought there was something wrong. I put them on at night and next morning in the shower, one of them popped right off. The rest followed, with very little glue to resist. I won't be ordering the semi-cured gels again.

I like the colors and variety however some of my nails are the same size so I wish there were more to choose from.

My order came very quickly and all tracking information was accurate.

This was my first time using any gel nail strips and LED light and was excited to try them. I loved how easy these semi-gel nails were to put on and cure with the light. They stayed on beautifully for 7 days and then only a couple of them started separating at the top edge of my nails so I decided to remove them all and switch the design. I’m surprised that every box of nails comes with a small pair of scissors. I feel that’s pretty wasteful and I have no need for 8 pairs of little scissors since I ordered 8 pairs of nails. Also, some of the nail boxes didn’t have a picture or name of the design inside and the nails are sealed in a black sleeve so I had to compare the box number to my emailed order confirmation to write the design on the outside of the box for future reference. I ordered the remover gel which is more like a thick liquid than a gel but is not sticky or oily at all. It’s a nice help when removing the nails. I did, however, still get the standard damage to my nails after removal. I was hoping they wouldn’t be damaged like the product claims, but that wasn’t my experience. With all of that being said, I would order more. I like the ease of use and not worrying about chipped nail polish.

When I first got my original order, I was short 3 sets of nails. It took WEEKS of e-mailing, sending photos over and over again, before it was resolved. It was resolved positively, but it was extremely frustrating going through that process. I do love my D&T nails--but I can't give 5 stars based the long drawn-out customer service and lack of a phone number.

Once the nails are placed and cured, it has a tendency to slay upwards!

I gave this purchase a 4 because I have been using Danni and Toni nails for over a year. These are the only nails i can wear professional or home. It would be a 5, but the new thicker nails, while are easier to apply, pop off. I used to be able to wear them 2 weeks, now it can be days. I a little bummed and hope D&T, remedy!
