I have had a fantastic overall experience dealing with Dank Riot. I ordered a Puffco Peak Pro on 2/5/22 and received it 2/10/22. I verified that they were an authorized dealer before my purchase and couldn’t be happier. Price was $81 below retail list. NICE JOB DANK RIOT

DR had the best price on the Extreme Q ordered on a Monday and received Thursday. I had a question which was quickly answered by email. Great service.

I read the reviews on this site and nearly went elsewhere for a Volcano Classic. Glad I didn't. For $379 I got a brand new machine in a box sealed by Storz & Bickel. Fast shipping with timely updates and tracking.

I just purchased an Atmos Jump vaporizer on 06/06/2021 (standard ground shipping) and it just came in the mail today 06/14/2021. I live in California; they are based in Ohio. Once it shipped I got a notification and a USPS tracking link! It first showed up in Florida on 06/10/2021, but until then I was really wondering if it was legit or not because they didn't provide an estimated delivery date during or after checkout. I was relieved when I saw it shipped and checked it out on the USPS tracking page. I always research companies I have never purchased from before, and this one was tough because all I found were a few comments on a subreddit thread - and they were positive, so I thought I'd give it a shot. There were no Trustpilot reviews, and nothing came up on a BBB search. So I made sure to come back here and leave a review whatever happened. The vape arrived with no damage and I can't wait to use it (currently charging because instructions recommend charging for 6 hours before first use). Very glad I made this purchase and I wouldn't mind using them again. I felt I had a responsibility to help back up this company's reliability. Thank you guys! BTW this is my second Atmos Jump so I know this thing works great especially for lightweights like me, though I'm just using CBD hemp flower these days...
