Dank RiotReviews of dankriot.com

So apparently my puffco peak will not vibrate through out its battery life. The vibration will only work right after I recharge the base and it'll only do it for 2 dab sesh after that it will not vibrate at all! Contacted dank riot via email 2 DAYS after trying the peak all they said is to contact puffcopeak customer service 😆 what a shady business I can't even be mad, these companies are everywhere its hard to find a legit reputable company specially online. Ordered on 3/18/23 Received on 3/24/23 Purchased concentrates to try my peak on 3/26/23 and emailed them right away ☹️

Beware-Beware They are selling used vape carts as new. They sell vape carts with the safety seal removed. They act dumb and stay the see-thru in the front is the safety seal. Beware-Beware

Advertise same day shipping & 2 day shipping then they send it out ground, 10 days, this place is a scam!! No phone numbers, no contact info other then an email that no one responds to!! Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam!!

Dank Riot seems shady. I accidentally ordered two Firefly 2+, noticed immediately, and sent several emails to their CustService, along with a phone message. They never even called me back, or otherwise contacted me. Luckily, I stopped the order before they could charge me. Find another place. There's tons of 'em. Dank Riot sux.

I waited 15 days to receive my vape and I'm located in the United States :(

I purchased (2)G Pen Connects from them back in April of 2021. They shipped me 1G pen and then refuse to ship me the other one and blame it on the post office.

AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DANK RIOT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. RECEIVED A BROKEN PUFFCO PEAK, WORKED FOR LESS THAN 14 DAYS. DANK RIOT IS DOING NOTHING TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM. DANK RIOT WILL SEND YOU NUMEROUS EMAILS AND THEN DO NOTHING. FIND ANOTHER SELLER.

Billy K. Customer Experience Specialist Dank Riot Is not helpful and didn't help me when I reached out to him for help. Customer service was non existent. Will not purchase anything from their store or service again.
