I ordered a Mother's Day Gift a few weeks ago with a promo code for Mother's Day the day that became available. You'd think that'd mean you'd get it in time, right? WRONG. When I e-mailed to ask where it was, they gave me a BS story saying it was sent to an insufficient address. They magically realized that after I had emailed them? Sounds fishy. I checked the address I gave them and it was my correct address. Total BS story and pretty disgusting, tbh. I won't be ordering from them again. However, the air fresheners do come out nice. Not worth the frustration though, as I'm sure there are many other companies out there doing the same thing.

Placed an order over a month ago. Order status shows it has completed production for well over a week and still has not shipped. I've emailed 3 times with no response. Seems like this is the norm. Wish I'd have read reviews before ordering.

I ordered in December for holiday gift. Received order confirmation email, but never received my order or any further communication from Company. Checked all junk/ spam folders as they say that is where email could land. Never received product. In February, I checked my order status on the web portal and no progress since order. Sent Customer Service an inquiry email with picture of order confirmation and the order number. No response, nothing. I checked web to see if others had similar experience as I was thinking the company wasn’t legitimate. I saw a couple similar situations, but they had heard from the Company. I did not and have not, so cancelled my order and am writing this review to inform others since this Company obviously has budget to heavily advertise on social and web channels, where I found them. Others need to know how this Company conducts business.

I ordered 3 air fresheners for my wife as a cute valentines gift and was told the order would be there by V-day or shortly after; they didn’t arrive until the end of the month. They were really small too. I paid 14.99 per air freshener, and for that price you would think they would be the size of your average air freshener. At this time, I would not recommend this company.

When order finally received, it was missing one item. I have continually requested the item be sent and finally requested refund. Customer service tells me to use an option on website that is not available. Very frustrating. Today is the latest contact.

I ordered one air freshener for Christmas and I STILL don’t have it. Terrible customer service and takes forever to receive your order. Go on Etsy instead you’ll get the same product WAY faster. Will never order here again.

I ordered an air frehener of my dog’s head. Nothing complicated. I ordered in early November and they told me it wouldn’t be ready by Christmas which was fine and not a big deal. I never heard back from them for months so I checked my order portal. It said it was supposed to ship Jan 2. It’s now Jan 21 and I just received my first email from them that the order shipped. Almost 3 months later! They make air fresherners from a picture that you submit, not building a rocket ship. Awful communication and takes forever. This place sucks.

Im having the same issues. I placed my order December 12th and it’s already been a month and I have not received my item. They never sent me any status updates and are copy pasting messages when I ask for customer support. The portal says my item has shipped and delivered and I have not received it and the discrepancy between the portal and what their so called customer service rep “Hannah M.” Says that it will ship at the end of the week at the latest and it’s the end of the week and no longer a holiday. This is bullsh*t. I’m going to report them to BBB. I’m out money and a gift and doesn’t look like I’m getting either back at this point. This is theft.
