Stay away. I ordered a month ago and still do not have the items that I paid for. I have received no tracking and when I reached out a second time it stated that it would take 5 business days to respond. I see them posting on social media every few hours on all of their platforms but yet they have no time to respond to customers. This is such a ripoff.

Ordered in November and a month later still hasn’t arrived. Lots of reports on Facebook of similar issues.

Placed an order four weeks before Christmas with an advertised delivery date of Dec. 10 at latest. A week later with no item, I contacted them for an update. They assigned a tracking number but 11days later it still hasn’t shipped. Social media posts seem to indicate there are many many people in the same situation-tracking numbers, no shipping, no info from Dangle It customer service. Had to dispute with my bank.

Placed an order Nov 25 for a Christmas present and I am still waiting. Finally received a generic response from customer care that they would “upgrade” shipping once they ship it, whenever that may be. I already paid for shipping and paid too much for a car air freshener that won’t be here for the intended Christmas present.. so that is not helpful. Disappointed.

If you want to order a gift and it get here in a reasonable amount of time don't order from these people. Excuse aftter Excuse. Poor customer service and I am very disappointed. This company could care less

Ordered 3 air fresheners on Dec 3rd. Plenty of time before Christmas. Yet here it is just a few days before Christmas and my order still hasn't shipped. I was told I would have them by Christmas and they aren't even shipped yet. No reason any of this should take so long! Tried to contact the company and get the same form letter email saying they are sorry and they won't get it to me by Christmas. And I'm not the only one according to Facebook who won't get their order in time.

I ordered an air freshener back in November for a Christmas present and still haven’t received it, still says my order is waiting to be prepared 😳😳😳 There should be no reason it takes that long to prepare a small car air freshener. I will not be buying from this company again!!! So now I have to go find a new present 5 days before Christmas. Thanks so much Dangle It! I would rethink your ordering and production processes and not scam people into thinking that they will get their present in a timely manner. I would have assumed over a month would give any company enough time to generate their orders, produce them and send them out. 😡

I was so excited for the air freshners. I ordered a few days before Thanksgiving for Christmas. Christmas is 4 days away and my order has not shipped. I was told sorry it will not make it for Christmas. My original delivery date was 12/20. Never using this company again, there are others with better service.
