Ordered 11/28 in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. Website showed 12/18-23 for delivery. Still hasn't shipped as of end of business 12/26. I messaged a week before Christmas asking for a status update and telling them that it's a present. Response came a few days later saying they are experiencing higher volume of orders and ship times will be affected. That's great info, but not when they leave no time to look to another quicker option to have them made. Pretty upset about this.

Update: It is 1/8 and still have NOT received my order. Have contacted them about 5x and have not heard back from them. I am going to have to contact my cc to try and get refund! So mad! Ordered 11/25 for delivery 12/9-12/11 still have not received. Contacted customer service 2x and heard nothing back. I have ordered in the past with no problem but now never ordering sgss as in. Very disappointed I didn’t have in time for Christmas

ordered these items 11/30 with delivery promised well in time for the christmas holiday -- items never delivered -- merchant stopped communicating -- don't trust this merchant --- they had a month to fulfill this order and took my money and never delivered

Ordered 11/27 with expected delivery of 12/16. It is Christmas Day and still hasn’t shipped. Look on Facebook at comments on their site, 100s with same issue. Lesson learned. Never again.

Going on day 22 and have yet to receive my order. It’s been in “prepared” status for 7 days. I cannot comment on the quality of the item but I can say that if you’re under a deadline and you have less than a month, don’t trust this company to pull through for you.

Horrible customer service! Ordered 3 on 11/25 and delivery set for 12/11 and yet I still have not received. It's now 12/24! Never again 😒

Update 2. They arrived today and I love them! Company kept me apprised every step of the way on the replacement. They are exactly what I wanted, albeit late. Many thanks to company for stepping up and resolving issue. Update: Company has reached out to me and explained shipping issue. Not going to put all info here but satisfied with response. They offered to refund or replace, no charge. I chose replacement. Will update when received. Ordered on 11/28 for a Christmas gift. According to their portal, the order was ready for shipping on 12/11 with an expected delivery date of 12/18-12/23. Today is 12/24 and the order is still in the awaiting shipping status. USPS tracking shows mailing documents were created 12/11 and awaiting Sender to send. Disappointing.
