I’m thinking a scam company, still no product been well over a month and contacted them twice to cancel and not take my money but crickets!! I want to report them

Ordered 11/26 is in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. Website showed 12/16 - 20 for delivery. Still hasn't shipped as of 12/29. On 12/4 I received an email that it was in production. So far so good. On 12/13 I received an email saying my item had been prepared. Great! By 12/17 I had not received it, and the order portal had not been updated, so I messaged them asking about it. Response came on 12/18 saying they are experiencing higher volume of orders and ship times will be affected, but "Nevertheless, your order is now scheduled to ship out by the end of the week and should still arrive in time for Christmas :)" Messaged them again on 12/20. Didn't hear anything back. Wasn't here in time for Christmas as promised. Nothing has been updated on my order portal as well. Messaged them again on 12/27 and 12/28 asking for a refund. Still have not heard back from them despite using their support email address and their online website form.

Ordered a couple items 6 weeks before Christmas. The latest delivery date, which company GUARANTEED, was December 13th. OK, perfect. December 13th, my order was still in the making process, not shipped or even close. I thought, it's fine, I still have 2 weeks before Christmas. I contacted company on December 20th, when I realized I am running of time, and it was a very important gift for important people. The company ASSURED ME I get my order delivered for Christmas, because it's almost done. I never received my order. I was beyond devastated. Well, its December 28th now, and my order is STILL IN MAKING, not even close to be shipped

Ordered 12/1. Received email that it was completed and would be shipped between 12/12 and 12/16 with delivery between 12/17 and 12/23. Received email 12/21 that shipping was delayed and it wouldn’t be available in time for Christmas. Complete disappointment.

Horribly long wait times. Ordered it on Nov 24 and just received Dec 26. Supposed to be here before Christmas, NOT

Ordered personalized scented air fresheners on 11/24/24. Estimated delivery date was 12/9 to 12/16/24. I reached out via contact email twice before the estimated delivery window passed and stressed that I needed them to arrive by 12/20/24. Well we blew right past that date. As of 12/27/24 my order that was placed on 11/24/24 is STILL in production. I can't make this up.

Ordered in November, said it would ship 12/16. It’s 12/27 and still has not shipped. Don’t advertise on Instagram in November if you can’t handle the volume. No way to cancel order now on website.

I'm not sure wth happened this year but it looks like whatever it is it isn't good. I'm not buying their excuse that they got overwhelmed with orders and orders will ship out later than expected. I ordered mine 12/3, which I figured was more than enough time to get it by Christmas. The expected receive date was 12/26 and here we are 12/27 and it's still in "production" which it's been there since 3 days after I ordered. Others ordered end of November and still haven't received their orders. Did the owners skip town?? With all our money??
