Horrible product and experience. The air freshener looked nothing like the photo sent. It was almost so extremely saturated in a toxic smelling fragrance, that the plastic was wet on the inside. Customer service was terrible. They told us we would have to cut our product in half, send them a picture of it cut up, in order for them to make a new one. When you’re the one sending out BAD PRODUCTS. they had the nerve to compare it to returning a shirt that doesn’t fit. Seriously horrible experience

I purchased a car freshener with a palm ski picture and had my friends dog name put on it. When I received the product, it was written in, and a very pale color and very tiny print. There is no way anybody could see that when I called the company, they told me there was nothing they could do. They told me if I cut it up they would give me a refund. Unfortunately because it took so long to get here I had to give it that day as a birthday present, and write the name with magic marker on it, because it was barely visible. I offered to take credit or replacement, or a partial credit, and they refused any of that. I wound up filing a dispute with my credit card company. The customer service was awful. They continue to write me the same thing every day that cut it up and they'll give me a refund I explained I could not cut it up. They did not care if you saw what the product look like when I got it it was horrible. The picture was horrible and the print was horrible and it was good when I sent it in and it was clear with the print and the size when I sent them what I wanted UPDATE AFTER THIS TEVIEW AND NOTICE THAT I FILED CLAIM WITH CREDIT CARD TJEY DAID THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND ILL LET YPU KNOW IF I GET IT

Order took four weeks to arrive but was incorrect (they sent me someone else’s photo). The reprint took another four weeks to arrive (arrived after Christmas) and had a weird orange tint on it that they blamed on my photo (the photo I submitted did NOT have any orange). They refused a refund. After reading many other reviews, I realized this is very common. Shame on me; I should have read the reviews first, I never would have ordered.

Avoid at all costs. It took 3 weeks for this order to be completed and received... and then it was 100% wrong. They sent me someone else's dog... not just an error - this is careless processing.
