Absolutely terrible customer service. My order told me free shipping, so I clicked apple pay. Then I was charged a hefty $52 US shipping, that was converted to CDN dollars... so incredibly expensive to say the least. I immediately try to cancel my order, but of course they don't give their customers the liberty to cancel their orders, so you have to email/submit a cancel order form, however, they don't seem to take these seriously or deal with them in a timely manner, and therefore you're left stranded. The reviews of this companies customer service is actually terrible. I will never purchase from this company ever again. Terrible company.

They do not issue refunds or replacements. I received the wrong shade and they did nothing to rectify this. The makeup it self did not go on smoothly. It looks thick, like you are wearing a ton of make up.

First, the product does not live up to the hype. More upsetting are the charges after purchase. I had an order paid in full, delivered in full in early February.One month later a $35 charge. Got that cleared up, and now have a $20 charge to my account. They do not have the courtesy to respond to issues submitted via their website and no phone number to call, BEWARE!!!

There is a scam site /danessamyricksbeautyshop That is perpetuating as the legit website. danessamyricksbeauty is the true site with WONDERFUL products!! It’s my favorite of all my foundation products!

I bought some of the liquid foils because of the claim that they are waterproof and longwearing. I have watery eyes so everything I buy has to be waterproof. These are clearly not, the glitter particles end up inside my eye which is incredibly annoying. I contacted customer service and after several days they responded I should use an eye primer (which I use) and never responded again to my replies. I opened another ticket and basically told me: tough luck, the 30 days for returns have passed. Of course they passed, since they didn't answer my previous emails. If I lived in the US I would have filed a claim for false information. I do not recommend ever purchasing directly on their site, or purchasing from them in general tbh.

Never received my package and when I contacted customer support they were dismissive and said because I didn’t add the extra insurance they would not help. Legally when you pay for a product you should receive it. Not sure why they feel they don’t have to honor non delivery. I will get my money back when I dispute it with my credit card however it’s a shame the DM team didn’t handle it correctly and ethically. To sustain any longevity in business it’s a basic principle to be honest. DO NOT TRUST Danessa Myricks.

I ordered from this company for the first time ever on August 18, 2024. Today is August 30, 2024 and I still have not received my order and the status on their site shows as 'not fulfilled', so in 2 weeks they havent even packaged my order. I emailed cs to find out status and never received a response. I tried to call but was never able to reach anyone. I reached out on Insta and no response. They have my money and I have no product. I think this brand has great products but I will NEVER support them directly. I started this product with Sephora and I will continue with Sephora from now on. I will never support this business again. I will continue trying to get my money back from them for the order I never received after that, this company rot for all I care. Worst company ever!

Products are good but customer service is horrible. They have changed the color product formula and I am no longer the same color that I bought in Sephora. Contacted customer service to exchange the product for the correct powder number and have been given the runaround. Cannot reach them and they will not reply and their automated customer service does not work. Absolutely horrible service will never be purchasing from them directly again.
