I've placed two orders dating back to May 2026. It's the end of July 2026 and I've had no response on my inquiries about shipments or when my products might ship out. It's been a disappointing experience to say the least. The first order was supposed to ship early July and the second was supposed to ship mid-July. Guess I'm going to have to file a charge back with my credit card company if I don't hear anything soon.

I ordered a knife for my husband birthday about 4 weeks in advance. About 2 weeks after I ordered I got an email saying my order was going to be refunded because the shipment was “lost”. Yet it was still available to purchase on the website. Super disappointed and don’t plan to buy anything else again

Couldn't log on. Couldn't change password. Emailed. DMed. Took a while to get a response. When I got the response. He said he was going to change my password and email me the password. 1 week later. No word. So I messaged him asking if he did it. No response. Then I get an email saying my password was changed. Progress. Few days later No response. I have no idea what my new password is. Messaged him asking what the new password was. Weeks go by, no response. So I am unable to buy anything from him while getting points.

You have 7 orders with us all of which show delivered including the last on in December. If you have a concern please feel free to create a ticket on site or since you purchased route protection, you can file a claim with them.

Absolutely awful. The tip of the knife snapped while doing routine tasks. There was no prying involved in the break. When I contacted the company I was essentially told I was lying and there was no way this could happen. If you buy from this company make sure you record everytime you use the knife because they won't do anything without video evidence. Just buy from a reputable company that stands behind their products instead of a company that is more concerned with how their knives look on Instagram than how they actually perform.

Packages marked as delivered are considered delivered. If you want to challenge it, please do it with the carrier. We now offer 'Route' package protection for added peace of mind!

I never got my knife got lost on transit and the company didn’t help me what so ever, like it was my fault the post office lost my product.Other companies actually care for customers satisfaction and offer either a re-delivery or a refund. I got neither spent the money didn’t get what I purchased and that’s it.

Checking out your review history, I'm shocked that you receive bad service from many companies and another issue related to delivery. However, let's ignore the pattern. We cover packages as long as they are undelivered by USPS. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but aren't, need to be challenged directly with them. They have a way to pull up where the delivery was made via geo location. Thanks to your feedback, we have now added 'Route' package protection that customers can buy to further protect their packages at nominal prices!

Sorry about your negative experience. This is a 2 person operation and working with freelancer web developers is hard. We're in the process of hiring a full time IT guy to combat these website issues.
