I haven’t received my item
I haven’t received my item. I get that it’s a pre-order but haven’t been told when it would ship. Other items are being shipped out like normal but this item is a preorder. I’m not sure why. I can’t review the item yet but will update my review once I receive it.

The product ship date is mentioned on the product and checkout pages as well as on the order confirmation email. Your order has been refunded and have been barred from future purchases.
