My first pick up was rescheduled the …
My first pick up was rescheduled the day of and that was very inconvenient. The driver took my car without consulting with someone at the time of pick up like I told him to do when he actually finally did come. My car also still had personal belongings on it and the tags were still attached. Driver had to bring me back my tags and my check but failed to bring back my Royal license plate cover!

Damaged cars helped me out when i needed it most. My car was broke down and would have cost way more than its worth to fix it. Damaged cars bought my car at a great price and the whole process was very clean and easy. Definately told many people how great the whole experience was. Very pleased

I would recommend this Company to anyone who wants a effortless transaction. Nancy my representative directed where to input information on the vehicle and enter pictures. Informed me what documents were needed and gave me an offer. We scheduled a pick up time and location. I received the check the next week due to Holidays , otherwise I would hate the check at vehicle pickup.
