Excellent customer service
From April's quick response in coming out to measure and provide an estimate, to Sam's communication about scheduling , to Jose and the crew who installed the carpet, I am thoroughly pleased with Dalton Carpet One! So glad to know customer service is not dead.

Dalton floors
They installed my laminate floor in bedroom and tiled my shower and bath. The saleswoman, April Scott was honest, informative and accurate. The installers were punctual, courteous, and tidy. The work looks great. Ted

New bedroom carpet
Our bedroom looks great with the new carpet. The salespeople at the store were knowledgeable and patient. The 2 installers were excellent.

We are very pleased.
We are very pleased with our flooring. Our only complaint is having an extreme amount of dust throught the entire house even in rooms where they did not install new flooring. Our furniture and appliances were not properly covered to prevent the accumulation of dust. We have been doing the cleaning ourselves for past two days trying to prevent from having to hire a cleaning team. Other than the dust the crew performed a very professional job. We are elated how these floors make our house look totally different. Thanks Dalton Carpet One.
