Pleased With Shopping Experience
I purchased several items from this store. Three of them fit perfectly and were beautifully made. The fourth did not fit so I contacted customer service. They were extremely quick to respond with my return options. I am very pleased with my shopping experience.

Great experience
I recently purchased “A Game Without Losers”. The checkout process was quick and easy only taking a couple minutes.The book itself is a PDF and it was delivered almost immediately. I can't wait to complete all the tasks in the book with my husband! I definitely recommend Dallianse and this book to any couple.

Just buy it! Totally worth it

I've purchased several items from this…
I've purchased several items from this company and I've been pleased with every garment I've received. My husband loves it too ;-) I had an issue with my last purchase, however customer service was quick to respond and correct the issue. U hope the correct item is shipped this time.

Shitty products
Shitty management, shitty service. I raised the issue with the management and got the reply "it's all ok, f... off". Ok, you got what you deserve. Better not buy anything from them.

Not worth the stress
I bought four items, three of them were great. One of them the quality was very poor, there was fraying on the ends of the tie around the neck. And honestly a lot of the stuff feels like it’s gonna fall apart after one wear. I contacted this agency on Instagram because that’s where I bought the items. I requested a refund. The refund request is still pending and I sent it in January of this year. Don’t purchase from this agency if you have any concerns about needing to exchange items or refund anything. I’d rather purchase something way more expensive and know that if I need to exchange or refund something, I’ll actually have Customer Service respond to me. Their lingerie isn’t even that inexpensive anyways. Suggest a hard pass.

The clothes are very poor quality and…
The clothes are very poor quality and if you try to return it it will cost more to return it to china than it is worth AVOID

The product took ages to arrive and…
The product took ages to arrive and when it did it was faulty. Returns go via china (cost me £18 to send stuff back) or they offer a 30% refund rate if you keep the items to 'save you time and money', which is an absolute con! I would avoid this company like the plague.
